$85 dollars wasted

I wish I would have found these posts first New rule always research company prior. Tracking my order , it got sent back to a hub as I live on a military base. Shopping company called uni uni . They must only keep your tracki for so long. Emailed customer service . I recived a general message about holiday shipping. No follow up from the outside of that. Don't give these folks your money. Shop locally. 😑😑

I’m really happy with the jumpsuit

I’m really happy with the jumpsuit I got from Insbyr. Even though it was delivered from far away, it arrived in less than a week, and everything went smoothly. The size chart was spot on, so the jumpsuit fits me just right.

No customer service

I received a v-neck sweater, which looks like the one I ordered but totally different color. This is gray, I ordered green. I did everything to contact to return/replace. Sent messages emails, etc. No response. They have no customer service. There is no evidence to prove that this business exists when you try to contact. At least someone out there saw my order and shipped me something. I won't wear it but still. I am wondering who received the money I paid for this purchase... You may like the product you see in the pictures. the price may look reasonable to you.. Just don't take the risk and go find a real seller.

Total rip-off. I bought a dress and got a really bad one that doesn’t look anything like the one I wanted. Customer service is impossible to reach. Sent 10 emails and made 4 calls that were never answered.

Misleading advertising!

Misleading advertising! The product I got didn’t match what I ordered at all. I felt really let down. I bought a cardigan that was supposed to have a lining and looked different in the pictures compared to what I got. The one that arrived was made of a cheap polyester, and the white background it was printed on is very obvious.

When I placed my order, all I got was a receipt on my credit card statement, with no confirmation of the order. I emailed them asking for a confirmation number but got no reply. The item I received had bust measurements that were definitely smaller. I tried contacting them for a return, but still no order number, which is required for online returns. I called three times, but the phone just goes to a general message. I emailed them over nine times and got no response. They say they respond within 24 hours, but that's clearly not the case.

Never buy from this site clothing of very poor quality another Chinese site which have just changed names I believed that by paying a fair price for the clothing that I was to have a beautiful piece what I received is just good for a cloth to wash the car seriously don't mention the mistake it's not at all like the photo

I have been trying to get in touch for about three weeks and all my emails meet a block site. I order a top that appeared to be very elegant but what I received is a cheap looking top. It doesn't even looks remotely what you advertised in Pinterest. I haven't found any Joey at calling the phone number on your website. This is a scam. My
