I bought 796.- Euros, but after payment the seller canceled the order. 2 days later ebay deducted 796 Euros from my card. It is impossible to talk to them, the AI chatbot does not understand the question, neither in German nor in English.
I bought a product for €300. It arrived torn and beyond repair. Despite my complaints, I did not get my money back. They insisted that I put it up for sale and use it to buy something else. They really ripped me off. I will never shop here again.
2 hónap várakozás után, és 2 emlékeztető ellenére a kínai forgalmazónak, illetve egy email az Oxknit oldalnak, még mindig nem kaptam meg a csomagomat, nem kaptam visszatérítést és semmilyen választ nem kaptam tőlük! Szégyen! Vagy ez átverés??
