I was a bit shocked. So far, I don’t have any problems. I got the Beige Quilted Textured Patchwork Loose Fit Hooded Jacket Azura Exchange. The jacket looks like something from Temu. There is no tag or size or brand label. I don’t think this is usual. Only a tiny label on the left side says made in China.

Sometimes when you order from different brands at once, the items come in many packages. The problem is when you want to return something, you might get only one return label. This often means you have to call Customer Services. Gabriela made this easier for me by working hard to make sure my returns got back to the right place. It’s nice to meet someone who handles a question or request until it’s fixed. Good job Gabriela :)

I needed the item before my trip and got a little worried, but I’m giving 5 stars because of the helpful customer service (Lucy). I gave 3 stars ⭐ because I got a refund, but the whole experience made me feel like I was doing something wrong. I ordered 2 shampoos and 2 conditioners, but I ended up with 4 shampoos. I had to provide pictures of the bottles I got, which I understand, but then they asked for photos of the delivery note and my original order before they finally agreed to the refund.

This is my second review as their customer service team is really helpful. If you’re new to the site, keep in mind that third parties sell through Secret Sales, so your order might come in separate deliveries, which some reviews seem confused about? If you need to return items to different sellers, their customer service will guide you through the steps so you only pay once for returns. It’s nice that they can communicate with both customers and sellers with so much patience. I think I sent about 6 emails asking for help! Thanks to the team and Robin this time round.
