I've had a very frustrating experience with this company, and I can't help but express my disappointment. Initially, things seemed promising with a smaller order, as it went off without a hitch - my items arrived promptly, and they fit perfectly. However, my optimism quickly turned sour when I placed a larger order on the 18th. I received only two items, one of which was faulty, and the rest of my order was nowhere to be seen. To make matters worse, the complete absence of communication from their customer service has been maddening. I created two customer service tickets, attempted a live chat, and sent multiple emails - not a single response. This abysmal level of customer service is unacceptable, and now, I'm left with no choice but to initiate a dispute with Klarna due to this extremely poor experience.
