Secret Sales has turned out to be a customer's worst nightmare. First, the company charges a substantial fee for returning each item, making the return process unnecessarily expensive. For instance, returning four items cost me a whopping £14, leaving me already dissatisfied. However, the real ordeal began when waiting for my refunds. The process is frustratingly slow, and it appears that if you don't actively chase your refunds, they may never materialize. In my case, the countless hours spent messaging their customer service to inquire about the status of my refunds were incredibly aggravating. Adding insult to injury, the quality of the products I received was a far cry from the enticing appearance they presented online. To avoid a similar ordeal, I strongly advise against wasting your time and money on Secret Sales. It's simply not worth the hassle.

Initially, things seemed promising with a smaller order, as it went off without a hitch - my items arrived promptly, and they fit perfectly. However, my optimism quickly turned sour when I placed a larger order on the 18th. I received only two items, one of which was faulty, and the rest of my order was nowhere to be seen. To make matters worse, the complete absence of communication from their customer service has been maddening. I created two customer service tickets, attempted a live chat, and sent multiple emails - not a single response. This abysmal level of customer service is unacceptable, and now, I'm left with no choice but to initiate a dispute with Klarna due to this extremely poor experience.

However, a week has passed since that assurance, and there's been no communication, nor has my refund materialized. I'm now exploring if there's a formal process in the UK to report such issues. I had a terrible experience with this company. I ordered a tracksuit, and they left it outside my house without my consent. It was stolen, and despite my numerous emails and providing video footage as evidence, they have refused to help or refund me. Their customer service is unresponsive, and they've essentially ignored my pleas for assistance. I'm appalled by their lack of responsibility and customer care. I'm left with no choice but to take this issue to social media to share my awful experience and warn others to steer clear of this business.

Please avoid using this website. I placed an order, waited 10 days, no communication what so ever. Spoke to customer services who told me the seller was experiencing a delay in processing my order and has put it to 'the top of the pile', to then receive a refund with no email or any correspondence a few days later. I then had to yet again contact Customer Services for clarity to be told the item wasn't in stock! Whilst secret sales were 'helpful', the problem was not properly dealt with. Terrible experience, will never shop here again.

I got a pair of 'converse' thinking they were real for a Christmas present. After only 2 days, one of the metal eyelets for the laces fell off. In just a few weeks, the converse logo is fading, and the canvas is separating from the rubber! Definitely not as good as the converse we've had before. When I complained, they asked for photos and details and promised a quick response. That was on March 2, 2024. I've sent more emails asking for a reply, but they haven't responded! I'm going to report this to Trading Standards!

The dresses got here in just a few days, and the smaller size fit great. It was a steal at £80 for just £10. I think I'll just sell the bigger size since returning it for the £3.50 fee isn't worth it when I only paid a tenner. Overall, I'm happy! I can say they are reliable. Ordered shoes in my normal size, but they were over 1cm too long, so the sizing was off. What bothered me the most was the £2.49 delivery fee and then £3.50 to send them back (not mentioned in the listing that returns are charged). Even if I missed the fact that it wasn’t stated as free returns, it shouldn’t cost more to return than to deliver. £6 wasted for nothing, so I won't be ordering from this site again.

It's great that I found it! Prices are so good and surprisingly cheap for expensive items. They have everything from River Island to Fendi - clothes, shoes, bags, jewelry, gifts, perfumes, skincare, and more. This is definitely where I shop now! If you use it with Top Cashback, you can get more money back, and there are also discounts for NHS workers. I suggest it!
