Unfortunately, not only did I not receive the partial order, but the entire order was canceled without notice. Despite my attempts to reach out via email, there was no response. Upon calling, I was informed that the representative had supposedly made multiple unsuccessful attempts to contact me, leading to the cancellation. Despite only receiving one call, I was blamed for the situation. The suggestion to provide credit card information for order placement added an unnecessary layer of complexity. This experience has left me contemplating whether to continue with this company. Disappointing.
