I've been banking with RBC for a few years now, and man, it's been a rough ride. Picture this: whenever I need help, I have to sit through a ridiculous 3-hour phone wait. But if you dial their sales line? Boom, someone answers in a flash. It's like they care more about snagging new customers than actually helping the ones they've got.
Their online banking? Total throwback to the early 2000s. It's slow, clunky, and missing so many features you'd expect from a modern bank. I mean, come on, it's 2024! The fees are another story—super high for what you get. You’d think with those fees, they’d have top-notch service. Nope, not even close.
If you're thinking about RBC, I'd seriously look somewhere else. Unless you’re into waiting forever on the phone and shelling out big bucks for not-so-great service, steer clear. Save yourself the hassle and find a bank that actually values its customers.
