Easy gift that lands

Customizer let me drop in our dog’s name and preview colors in seconds. Checkout was clear about production time. Mug arrived well packed and printed clean.

Looks nice, came late

Gift design was simple to build and the proof looked great. Holiday shipping dragged, arriving a few days after the party. Print is still sharp and the recipient smiled, so I can live with it.

Preview matched the product

When I unwrapped the garden flag, the font and colors matched the on-site preview perfectly. Shipping was slower on the sale.

Made my sister cry happy

Designed a mug with her cat’s name and goofy face. It arrived on her birthday and the colors popped. Not fancy packaging, but the smile said everything.

Getting a reply through emails is really tough

Getting a reply through emails is really tough even though they promise to reply within 48 hours. It took me sending 3 emails and more than 10 days before they got back to me. Another thing is they don't tell you upfront that some items are from overseas and there's an extra international fee that pops up on your bank statement, not included in the initial price.

I chose the sign.
