Spending money on this each month has been worth it for me. My arthritis, sleep issues, and thyroid problems have improved. They recommend trying for 3 months because it takes time to see changes, and they also suggest diet adjustments. I’m in my 5th month now, and my joint pain is mostly gone. Inflammation is much better, and I’ve stopped taking thyroid medicine. I’ll test again in January, but I have no symptoms now. My energy levels are up. I’m so greatful for these patches and the improvements I’ve seen in my health and others’. Sometimes they work on things you didn’t even know were issues, so writing down small changes helps.
