Not refund for a service they did not had players to complete

I would not recommend LF Carry based on my experience. I paid for a service that they apparently did not have a player available to complete. Instead of telling me that upfront, they kept postponing the delivery date. After waiting and dealing with multiple delays, I finally canceled the order and requested a refund. Instead of refunding my original payment method, they tried to give me store credit, even though I specifically asked for my money back. Months later, I still have not received my refund. Their support says my case is still open and that the payment remains charged, not refunded. If you cannot provide a service, the customer should not have to spend months chasing you to get their own money back. Extremely disappointing experience.

Navigation made it easy to choose self-play vs piloted. Instructions were straightforward. During a peak event the wait stretched, but they communicated well and delivered. Change passwords after, as advised.

I felt satisfied once my rank goal landed ahead of schedule. Mild frustration on initial queue time during peak. Communication from the pro was decent, which kept me reassured.

Picked the activity, chose platform, and scheduled in a couple clicks. Progress updates came through chat while I played. Super convenient.

Double Charges on credit card for the same service being told lie after lie.

After Being double charged for the same order on my credit card, someone called senior management. Sales manager decided that they were going to refund the money they basically stole from my credit card that was a month ago since Thursday I’ve tried to get that refund completed to no avail. I’ve gotten told Yesterday six or seven times that the next person to come on to talk to me on their chat site would be their senior management never happened.They refused to even do what they said they were going to do and create an order to use the balance of $42.00 on whatever I wanted. I have screenshots to back everything I accuse this LF Carey, organization of perpetrating on me. anyone in the future who decides to use this organization and pay them anything should be very wary of how they pay and what they say because it’s never the same thing twice. They still owe me $42.00.

Charged me 800 extra dollars and did not return

Do not use LFC. Trusted them for a few orders, went great. Then I placed an order for 50 dollars, was charged 800 dollars instead, and customer service has stalled for weeks claiming the refund for the "mistake" is just lost or something. Do not let them take your money from you. Go elsewhere. There are plenty of reputable boosting services out there

Scam! STAY AWAY!!!

Ordered a service early September, waited DAYS for them to “find a pro” despite my many attempts to communicate with them, I kept getting responses from an AI chat bot telling me they’re looking for the best pro for my service. It has been 11 days and I’ve still not received what I paid for, nor are they replying to me anymore and I have not been issued my money back.

I worked for this store and they did not pay me for my work, I have been waiting for payment for more than 1.5 years. For about a year they responded to messages that we will pay you soon, and now they have added me to ignore and do not even respond. I also know that they very often deceive not only their employees, but also clients, read other reviews, these are real scammers, I hope they will answer in court!

Really, just order from lfcarry if you want problems. I made 5 different orders and had to cancel them all because the same scammer kept on my orders… what a shame of a company.

Constant AI loop - VERY DISAPPOINTING

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED. I had orders with this group in the past years ago and they were fine. Major issues now. One order couldn't be completed in a timely manner so they told me they'll give me back $50 USD in credit; seemed reasonable at first except no mention credit "burned" after a certain period. So I lost $50 USD already. Now I've got an order which I've been asking for a refund for nearly a MONTH. Sure no problem, right? Nope. Constant excuses about it has been "escalated", problem with the processing, how about an alternative (i replied with my choice but no response), and now they won't return my requests for an update. Nothing. Just took my money. Reach out to me; i have the screenshots to prove my claims and show that I was patient and never rude. Don't go with LFCarry when there are so many other alternatives. Posted in other review sites. This isn't right. I'll update this review if that day of rectifying the problem ever comes.

Service got me BANNED from Destiny 2

I had a very frustrating experience with LF Carry that I need to share. I placed an order specifically for the Dessert Perpetual Contest Final Boss Kill. However, without my consent, they also placed an order for the entire raid. Initially, I was assured that the unnecessary order would be canceled, but it never was. To my surprise, both the service I wanted (the final boss kill) and the service I didn't want (the entire raid) were completed without me even providing my login details. I suspect the same person who completed the final boss kill also handled the unnecessary raid service. When I requested a refund for the order I never wanted, they refused, claiming it couldn't be refunded because it was already completed. This is incredibly frustrating since I did not authorize that order in the first place. To make matters worse, shortly after this ordeal, I was hit with a ban wave and subsequently banned from the game. Now, LF Carry is saying they will wait until I hear back about my ban appeal before addressing my situation. This entire experience has been disappointing and confusing. I do not recommend LF Carry based on my experience.

Using "start and stop" markers in the chat is nearly as crucial as finishing the order itself. Without them, customers are mostly left guessing if their order has begun, whether any progress is happening, and worst of all, if after many hours they are still working or just stopped without notice. I guess you get my point here.

False advertisement. Terrible customer service. Pros don’t take orders

First it takes all day to accept an easy order like boosting light level. They have a bot saying “ sending to highest priority” to not for me to wait 4 hours later with the bot giving the same response. They also promised a high dollar order for $1 for the inconvenience I faced when trying to place an order they apparently didn’t offer anymore. I paid the $1 for the service and then they said “ sorry this was a bot error, we cannot provide that service” they then deleted the chat to try and keep me from screenshotting the chat and accusing them of false advertising. Avoid this company. I’ve been waiting hours for customer service to respond and nothing. Pro players take days to accept orders. Customer service offers false promises. I have screen shots for anybody wanting proof. They tried to delete the chat as quick as they could so that there wouldn’t be proof but I got the pictures before they snapped it off.

Good luck with refunds

Ordered a Contest boost and a robot responded and reassured me that everything was going well(never a real human). I was then notified approx 12H later that they could no longer carry out the boost and would be refunding me my $225 to my bank and would give me a $300 credit which would be escalated to a human manager. A human manager finally reached out to me days later and instead of refunding offered me 3 full raid boosts which I politely declined and requested the $225 be refunded back to my card. It has been days again, all my messages have been read and not a single response. I’m going to have to send pictures of the chat and attempt a chargeback on my credit card to recoup my funds. Stay away from these guys…it’s all good when they actually do what you pay them for but when it comes to refunds…they will delay and delay and hope you forget.

Lost all faith in this service after years of use.

I've used lfcarry many times of the years for destiny. No issues. Now I was using them for Dune awaking. Everything was all good until two days ago I used the service to farm some material while I was at work. There was a glitch in their system that put the wrong player on my account. During the hour service I paid for the player lost 273k. Solari. A vaule of almost 500 if I paid lfcarry to obtain for me. The player died 6 times in under an hour. Something that would never happen to a Dune player. All my gear was destroyed. My solari gone. I reached out to customer service that admitted ot was a glitch on their end and they would give me a free hour of material farming. What the actual f*** is one hour going to do? That amount of solari had taken me days to get. The materials to build all purple gear. Everything gone. Days and days of effort gone in one hour. A real Dune player would never let that happen. Customer service has done nothing else to help me. I've reached out many times. Over two days, nothing. I will never use this service again I can't trust a player won't do worse now that I've complained. I went for a loyal customer to never using them again. Over 1 hr service and a glitch they don't want to fix. Be careful.
