This was my second time shipping with Granero from Orlando, Florida to Algarve, Portugal. It’s important to know that shipping during summer can take longer since they only handle logistics. They rely on third-party services, so exact delivery dates aren’t always possible, and busy ports can add a few weeks. I packed and labeled my items carefully, and they arrived just as I sent them. The teams in Miami and Europe were helpful and provided a tracking link so I could monitor the container's journey. Everything arrived safe and sound. I strongly recomend Granero for their service, but make sure to understand the process so there are no surprises. Also, their price was the best after lots of searching.

I had a good time with Granero in my latest move from USA to Brazil. Everything went just as planned (All 88 boxes delivered on time without any extra charges). I had two cracked items but it wasn't much compared to all the other items that arrived correctly. I saw lots of bad reviews about moving companies and I was quite worried about mine but I gotta say Granero surpassed all my expectations. Moving to another country is quite overwhelming! But having experienced hands to guide you through the process is truly a blessing. That's exactly what Granero did for us when we moved to the United States. Right from the start, when I reached out to Valeria Kleinubing for information, she went out of her way to patiently guide me, knowing we were clueless about the process. Once we signed the contract, Vanessa Jalaim took over, handling the procedures for picking up our belongings from Miami and shipping them door to door to Lima, Peru. Even after I had moved to Peru, Vanessa continued to support me through every step, informing us about the shipment's progress and answering all our questions, even if they weren't directly related to her department. Valeria showed the same dedication. In Peru, Mayra Cubas assisted us in preparing all the necessary documentation to ensure our belongings were released from the port on time. Even the delivery team conducted themselves very professionally and completed the job faster than I had expected. I'm very pleased with Granero Moving, and I'm glad we chose them! Thank you.

Firstly, avoid this company

Firstly, avoid this company if you've had experience moving before. They skip the in-person assessment, provide a spreadsheet, and give the impression of modernity, which is a big mistake. Secondly, they promised to park a container in front of our door and leave if it didn't fit. However, on the moving day, judging by pictures rather than measurements, they claimed that "the container doesn't fit in your street." To put it into perspective, we managed to handle a large container without issues upon arriving at our new house. They arranged a truck to pick up our belongings, and here's the catch: we were charged a hefty sum for using the truck, loading the items onto a dock, waiting for the container, loading the container, removing the items that didn't fit, and so on. The entire process was delayed, costing us even more money. They also mishandled our belongings, sending only half of our furniture, with things like legs and shelves staying behind while the rest went. This was despite us providing a list of what should go into the container. In a nutshell, we ended up paying double the cost for a horrendous job, and the company offered no assistance in resolving the issues. I strongly discourage using this company.

I was dealing with three shipping companies initially. I had a load of super fragile stuff, including vintage crystal stemware, fine china, porcelain dolls, and cherished family photos.
