The trainer promised to call the next day, but weeks later, still nothing. The owner said sorry, but the communication didn’t improve. Plus, they assigned a trainer who’s not even local. We’re left feeling pretty let down by the whole experience.

My second dog never even got the training because of what happened. To make it worse, the trainer left my dog in their car for over an hour while chatting inside my home about unrelated stuff. I tried talking to the CEO and showed them all the proof, but they just brushed it off. I wouldn’t suggest this service to anyone.
