Perhaps this will make them notice! I've been waiting more than a week for a reply about a return. I need them to give me a number and the address to send it back. I'm covering the return cost, so I don't understand what the hold up is! I have a feeling I’ll be stuck waiting for 30 days until the return isn’t possible. I'm really doubtful about this company, and their products are really not that great!

I was so excited when I found this stunning dress from DanceandSway. When it arrived, I was disappointed to see it was damaged. I reached out to them, and they were super helpful, sorting out the issue right away. Their team was really friendly and made the whole process easy. The replacement dress is absolutely gorgeous and fits like a dream. I can't believe how affordable it was for such a beautiful piece. I have practice shoes from other companies but these are not to standard for dancing shoes,no support, bottoms not dance bottoms all cheap copy and the sizing is so wrong, i put a half size up but I would say one and half bigger is needed and I usually struggle with narrow feet! These are way off. I have had to return at my cost even though they are not fit for purpose. Very disappointing. The customer service however is v efficient a shame the product so poor.

I ordered this bodysuit for a performance where I had to be Lois Lane dancing the rumba. It was classy, while also having the flair expected from a latin dance. It was very flattering and I got a lot of compliments. My only struggle with it was stepping outside into the wind and the ruffles hitting my face and getting a little lip stick stain haha! Easily fixed by pinning down the ruffles in the front. Thank you for having the perfect bodysuit for the occasion!

I had a great experience with Dance and Sway. I ordered a pair of men's ballroom dance shoes, but they turned out to be a bit tight. I requested a swap for a bigger size, and they agreed right away. I told them I had sent back the first pair, and they sent out the new ones almost immediately, trusting me to return the originals first. The new shoes came quickly and in excellent shape. I would definitely recommend Dance and Sway and plan to use them again.

I accidentally ordered the wrong size, and they picked up the error, emailing me to confirm if my order was correct. How cool is that? They noticed I had previously ordered a 7 1/2, but this order was a 4 1/2. That would have been awful. But the attention to detail saved me time and trouble. And the shoes look great! I get so many compliments. I even had someone photograph my bag so they could order some!

Great shoes! Ordering shoes online can be hit or miss, but these worked out well! I was a little worried since they were coming from Kowloon, but they showed up in under a week, well wrapped and good quality. They fit perfectly too! True to UK size – I have a high arch but these aren’t tight and very comfy. I’ll be ordering another pair since I’m happy with them.

This company is not worth your money. The stuff they sell is low quality and useless. Returning items is a headache; they take forever to reply to emails and make it difficult for you. They charge a lot for things that are actually worth very little, hoping you won't bother returning them and they can keep the profit. Avoid this company at all costs!

Decent customer service. Dress made to my measurements, good price, but they only asked for a few measurements. Midriff fits tighter than expected. Friend got same dress, same issue. Arm holes too big. Stones seem good, few came off in transit. Shipping times shorter than predicted. For price, good option!

Every time I buy from Dance and Sway, the customer service is fantastic. The shoes are good quality and very affordable compared to others. I never get blisters and the customizble heel sizes are just right for my style of dance. I highly recommend buying from this company and would give 10 stars

Returned to the typical good level of clothing and delivery from danceandsway. I have bought 3 dresses now. (The prior dress was badly sewed and didn't resemble the photos) I will customize the dress slightly with some stones, but it looks clever as it is too.

Simple process. Nice pants, but I wish they came in a more natural fibre. The elastic waist band doesn’t fit right if you have to pull them down and back up, so it requires some adjusting to get it right again. However, they look great and are easy to dance in.

The shoes were needed for my daughter's dance. I got them on time. She couldn't practice in them cuz shipping took ages!!! If I wanted fast shipping, it cost a lot!!! Even normal shipping was pricey. Just happy we got them in time.

The sneakers git a 5 for stile and comfort. The company gets a 3 for customer service for not answering questions and long delays in responding. It also took over 3 weeks to get the sneakers delivered. I will buy local next time.

It fits well and feels smooth. The design is nice, especially the sleeves. The only downside is the fasteners in the crotch. They close stiffly and it takes me a while to fasten them all. So, I deduct some points for that.
