I’ve had a rough time with Buckle. It’s annoying because I have a credit card with them and like their style. My online orders are always delayed, even though I paid extra for faster shipping. My in-store pickups are never on time, even though I get an email saying they’re ready. The credit card payment deadline being 5 pm eastern is unfair for west coast people who work during the day, so I always face late fees. Customer service isn’t helpful and I was told I got the right color glasses when I ordered black but got brown instead. This company needs serious changes. I can’t stick with it anymore. If you’re going to charge high prices, the experience needs to be worth it.

I wanna say somethin' 'bout Derek at da Buckle in Galleria Mall, Dallas, Texas. I'm from Louisiana but travel a lot, visitin' this store a couple times a month. Derek's always super attentive and cares 'bout customers. Bein' self-employed, I appreciate his qualities. He's a real asset to da Buckle.

I bought like 7 or more pants and a few shirts from Buckle. I had to return one for a credit. They got real stylish stuff and good help service; I'll buy again. They kinda expensive and sometimes they ain't got my size but overall, Buckle's been good to me.
