I wish I had read the reviews first before supporting my wife in this. She’s been very sick for years. Doctor after doctor, no answers, and piles of medical bills. She found Dr. Pompa on Instagram, sharing stories that matched hers, claiming his program could heal everything she was struggling with. Turns out, he uses God to convince desperate people to trust him with promises he can't keep. They claim a 100% guarantee, but it’s not true. If the program doesn’t work, they’ll blame you. My wife followed almost everything except two videos no one even told her were required. How would two videos fix her health? We have the blood work to show there was no change. Even they admit their program isn’t for everyone. So why promise results? It’s just another way to prey on desperate people to make money. The supplements he promotes are no different from ones other doctors have already recommended. Nothing special, just overpriced promises. My wife, who’s been through so much, already knew more about her condition than their so-called coaches. She even mentioned methylene blue, which helped her a bit, and suddenly Dr. Pompa started promoting it in his videos like it was his idea. This program might help some, but it’s nothing you can’t find on your own. Dr. Pompa seems more like a showman than someone who actually helps. God doesn’t need to manipulate or cheat people. Avoid this program. If you’re already suffering, find real holistic care with an integrated medical professional. Don’t waste your time or money here.

They misleadingly suggest that the program is bundled with a dubious urine test that provides generic results. The authenticity of their positive reviews is seriously questionable, as they appear to be the work of a few recurring individuals. The company's actions are fraudulent and unscrupulous. Additionally, past employees have exposed their internal operations on Reddit. It's advisable to steer clear of this organization due to its disreputable practices and extensive evidence of dishonesty.

I want to start by saying that the POMPA Program is not trustworthy. If this review does anything, please research the company on the Better Business Bureau and other sites before you buy anything and make a smart choice. After looking at the info on their site and watching Dr. Daniel Pompa’s videos, where he talks about his strong desire to help people, we decided to check out the program. The process began with us filling out a long questionnaire and buying three urine tests, which cost $321. Each test, when it came in contact with the urine, turned a bright shade of red, suggesting "extreme toxicity." We were then set up for a one-hour call with Craig Cazier (who is on Instagram at geminisculptures), who, it’s worth noting, is not a trained medical expert. During the call, we talked about our goals and the program’s timeline. Throughout the chat, Craig kept reminding us that only those who were fully dedicated to doing “whatever it takes” to better their health would be part of the program. When it was time to discuss the price, Craig made it clear that we had to decide fast. At no time did Craig ask about our current meds or any medical background, which is especially worrying since the program promises an "extensive detox," including detoxing the blood-brain barrier. We were only asked about the number of dental fillings we had, our diet, and our work and life history. There was no mention of possible issues between the program’s supplements and any meds we might be on. Any careful medical expert would require a complete health check before suggesting such a heavy detox process. The call ended with Craig putting on pressure. When we said we wanted to talk to our financial advisor before spending nearly $20,000, he acted dismissively, suggesting that if we cared about our health, we would go ahead right away. After researching the company and looking for any success stories in the program, we only found Ava Strong, who is now married to Dr. Pompa’s son. The only other info we found is that this is a scam, and some clients of Dr. Pompa reported having serious health problems due to the supplements from the program and that any refunds were ridiculously turned down by time with so-called counselors and products sent.

Further investigation revealed potential treatment costs starting at a minimum of $8000. Exercise caution and consider alternative options before committing to any services or tests.

Pompa Program is a scam...

All sounds good in the promotion of this PLAN. A very knowledgeable talk up to get you to order the urine test for testing for toxins. I was excited to feel as though I had finally found someone who would help me to rid my system of these toxins. Upon completion of the urine test there is a form to be filled out to continue with the program. I experienced much trouble even receiving the form, let alone being able to relay the information on the form to the program for inspection. I bantered back and forth with various call takers at the number provided. Nothing was achieved. The program has some special features built in as roadblocks to progression. There are "MAGIC LINKS" to be used (they do not work) and courteous personnel to assist you then leave you high and dry. Despite my mention of hard copy being sent to me through snail mail and returned filled out, this option was quickly pushed aside. I worked on getting this done for the best part of a week with zero success. I will continue to look for a way to remove the toxins from my body. This "Pompa Program" is a very promising "HOAX". For others looking to get rid of the toxins from your body, I wish you good luck.

Today's consultation went okay, but the cost was way too much. After checking reviews, especially BBB's, I was relieved I held off. Some reviews here echoed the same. Others scammed me for less. Checking saved me from a bad deal. Research pays off.

I appreciate the effort my coach put in

I appreciate the effort my coach put in, and I hope the best for her, but the supplements didn’t make any change for me. A lot of them were things I was already taking, like herbal blends, glutathione, and alpha lipoic acid. I believe Maria was the most genuine part of the Pompa experience for me. The videos are fine, but there are similar ones available on YouTube from other sources. Overall, I feel mislead.

Today, April 5, 2024, marks my graduation from the first 5 months of my Pompa Program journey! I achieved my initial goals: Lose weight; Reduce pain and fatigue; and, Acquire my mobility, freedom and independence!!! My inflammation markers for Rheumatoid Arthritis are going down!!! The support I got from my coach, Elizabeth, has been a huge help!!! The Pompa Program has been important in my new life journey toward learning behavior modification methods for living a healthy lifestyle!!! I'll keep the program support for the next 6 months as my coach helps me with my next goals: Healthy food choices through the ebook Cellular Healthy Diet; Lose more weight; Reduce inflammation markers; Increase CytoDetox+ & Brain CLR. We are diving into the Pathogen Protocols, which could help me reach my goals in 6 months. The Pompa Program has been a gift to myself (long overdue)! The program keeps getting better with the Pompa Portal for members to learn more about what affects our health every day! I’ve been part of the cellular detox plan since Feb 2024. This plan changed my life and helped me improve my health. I struggled with brain fog, low energy, hormone troubles (my cortisol levels were low and I was diagnosed with adrenal fatigue -stage 3), insulin resistance, diabetes, high cholesterol, depression medication, stomach problems, and sleep issues. Now, I’m on the longevity plan and I feel great. I’ve lost weight, my energy is back, depression meds reduced by half, cholesterol meds down by half, and no more antacids for my stomach. I’m now pre diabetic. My aim is to stop diabetes meds by the end of 2024. This plan gave me my life back. I had no idea the body could heal itself. I’m much more informed now about the toxins in our daily life. Thanks pompa plan for being there and sharing your insights with us to reclaim our lives.

I’ve been praying for physical healing for a long time. I know God has called me to do missionary work abroad, but things weren’t looking good until I joined the Pompa program. I truly believe God led me here. It just makes sense! Coach Julia has been so helpful and supportive along the way. I’ve been following this for 4 months now and noticed huge changes in my body. I’ve lost 28 pounds, I have more energy, my joint pain and inflammation are much better, I sleep better, feel less anxious, and my mind feels clearer. I believe God made our bodies to heal, and I’m living proof of that! It’s definitely been worth it to regain my health, and I highly recommend this program!

This program really does work!

This program really does work! I joined the Pompa Program to manage my weight and improve my chances of getting pregnant after facing issues like PCOS, insulin resistance, and feeling down. After trying to conceive for four years, it felt hopeless. However, after completing the program and being in Longevity for just three months, I’m happy to say I’m pregnant! I’m very grateful to the Pompa Program for finding the main problems with my health when many doctors told me everything seemed “normal” and only prescribed meds. Before I got pregnant, my cycles had become regular, every 47 days, and my energy was so much better. I used to feel tired all the time, and even energy drinks didn’t help. I joined this program feeling fairly healthy but had issues with inflammation in my knees and constant ringing in my ears. I began the program in May 2024, and since then, I’ve lost weight and now weigh the same as I did in my younger years. Losing weight wasn’t my main goal, but it’s been a nice surprise. Inflammation has gotten better, but it’s not yet at the level I’d like, and the ringing in my ears is still present. I haven’t given up and am hopeful for more progress. My energy levels are amazing, and I’m grateful for the improvements I have seen. Kasey is a great coach who has guided me through the process, offered helpful advice when needed, and kept me motivated. I’m excited to keep going and seeing more progress until I’m able to do it on my own.

I began the Pompa Program to improve my health and keep breast cancer at bay. After 3 months, I’ve noticed significant improvements!! My weight is at its lowest in over 15 years, I feel more energetic and less fatigued. I just feel a lot better! My coach is fantastic!! She’s helped me quit taking Tylenol daily. My back pain has eased up!!! This alone is a huge change. She’s guided me towards healthier eating by replacing bad foods. I’m mostly eating organic, with little to no sugar. Better options like whole fat foods, quality beef, chicken etc. I’m also cutting down on toxins in my health and home products. I’m really satisfied with the Pompa Program.

I've been struggling with exhaustion for as long as I can recall. Issues like brain fog, ADHD since I was young, severe stomach problems, food sensitivities, and body aches have been constant. I'd go to bed early, but never really rest and always woke up tired, year after year. After just a week on this program, things began to shift. Since then, it's continued to improve. I've got more energy, better sleep, clearer thinking, and NO MORE STOMACH PROBLEMS (something I thought I'd never escape). The company has its ups and downs. The program helped a bit with anxiety, energy, and thinking clearly, but it didn't deliver on promises about meds and weight loss. My coach Carol Green was really helpful and knew a lot. However, the client success person, Adam Kuhlman, wasn't as good. He wasn't available when I messaged him and didn't call me back in the 6 months.

I can’t even explain how much Pompa Program has helped me and my family. For many years, I dealt with hormone problems, gut troubles, and bad depression. It got worse after I got married. After seeing many doctors and trying lots of tests, including three naturopaths, I found out my hormones were barely working. At 27, I was close to early menopause and worried I wouldn’t have kids. I went through all kinds of diets to calm down inflammation, and while that helped some, I was still stuck with brain fog, tiredness, thyroid and adrenal troubles. Dr Pompa was the first one (he’s a DC, and in 2025 most MD’s just hand out pills like robots) who actually explained what’s going on beneath it all. I've been doing the program for a few months now and starting to feel big changes in my health, even in ways I didn’t see coming. People these days want quick fixes with pills or surgery, but healing don’t work like that. For me, it took years to get all these toxins in, so it makes sense it’ll take some time to clean them out. Once the blockages are gone, the body can do what God made it to do—heal itself. I think the Pompa Program has been worth every penny so far. I strongley suggest getting to the real reason behind the problem.

Where do I begin, I’m writing this for my family. At first, we didn’t believe it, by we I mean everyone in my family but my mom wanted to try. Since she’s tried almost everything else I don’t blame her. She’s had constant sharp pain for years and also big problems with her emotions. That’s why I’m writing... we felt like we lost her for what felt like years. She was always going to appointments and even if she was "there" we knew she wasn’t fully with us. I have been following the Pompa Program since

I have been following the Pompa Program since July 2024, and I'm still going strong. I came across this program during a time when I felt like I was slowly slipping away. I have several autoimmune conditions, and conventional medicine wasn’t working for me. I was getting sick of taking more medications that weren’t making a difference, and was losing hope, wondering how I could keep going. Then came the Pompa Program and my amazing coach Shahrzad. She is understanding and quick to respond to any questions, guiding me through this process. My energy, pain, and brain fog are improving, and although not perfect yet, they are much better than before!

I only gave 5 stars because of all the nice reviews. I would give anything to afford this. As a single mom with some bad health issues, it is very hard. I want to be the best mom I can be but I fight everyday with my health. Maybe one day I will get to try this. I just wanted to leave a review because I love to see so many people getting help. Trying to finish my nurseing and maybe then I can save to get this kind of help! Had to put that on hold too! But I really enjoy seeing this help! ♥️ Thank you for helping so many people!! The Pompa Program has been a big step

The Pompa Program has been a big step forward in my healing journey. They really figured out the root cause of my issues. I’ve had serious chronic skin and gut problems since I was 11 months old. There’s still some work left, but my skin is stronger than it’s ever been, and I’m able to eat foods that were once off-limits. Now I can enjoy things like ice cream, oats, and bread. I had a great time working with my health coach, Chiquita, who helped me learn a lot about how everything connects. The health improvements I’ve made are permanent and stable. I’m only getting stronger from here.

I have so much to say about my time with the POMPA Program. The coaches and their knowladge are really good. I just wrapped up my 5 months, and the changes are amazing. My energy is up, my skin looks nicer, I'm dropping weight, and I feel more hopeful and happy. I’ve cleaned out not just my body, but also old emotions. There’s still a bit more to do, but I feel on the right path and not alone. I understand much better how to handle my health now. It was a big cost, but worth every bit. Her solid knowledge of your program, her kindness, and her genuine wish to help those she works with achieve health breakthroughs; her skills in PT, especially in treating scoliosis; her personal journey to healing; and our mutual love for the Lord Jesus and the shared experiences in our walk with Him have made me really admire her, and it’s clear that your program (which works on a cellular level!) is exactly what I’ve been looking for! This level of detail makes me feel confident that I will get a full and thorough evaluation! The representative I talked to, Veronica Whetsel, Senior Health Advisor, was friendly, professional, curious, and very smart! I learned a lot of new information while she went over my history and the current symptoms I’ve been having. Veronica Whetsel is a real benefit to Dr. Pompa’s program!
