Noping has made my gaming better and the connection feels smoother most of the time. There are times when it takes longer to start or I can't use it for a while because it's not working. Still, when it's running, it does the jobb fine.

I bought 2 weeks of no ping service

I bought 2 weeks of no ping service, but a few days later, I was charged $65 for the annual plan. I did not authorize that purchase. It did reduce my ping by 4-8, but I was charged $65 that I didn't agree to. Also, canceling your subscription cuts off all access to no ping. Total nonsense.

I started the 7 day free trial at 1 AM my time last Friday, and guess what, they took 60 dollars TODAY on Thursday at 7 AM. I am no math expert, but that is not 7 days. They said it’s because of their time zone, which I can accept, but if that’s true, the charge should have been 8 PM Thursday their time, not 12 hours earlier. Their support team is useless and they say they can’t help, which is fine since I can get a refund via paypal. It just feels really shady. On the app, the countdown says my trial ends in 4 hours, yet I was charged 9 hours ago, which is basically fraud. I am sure they will reply with some copy paste, but I read the terms and nothing says they could charge me this early. It only says I have up to 7 days to cancel. 7 days is 168 hours, and it hasn’t even been 160 hours. I don’t recomend this, use Exitlag if you don’t mind paying more. If you try the free trial, use paypal so you can get a refund if this happens to you.

Don’t trust this company !

the subscription is imposible to cancel !! I contacted them for days but no one answers from official website email or Facebook and instagram I want my money back now !!! Stop my subscription I don’t want this service anymore I only tried the trial it doesn’t mean I need a full year plan what the heck? how can you just charge automatic without notice and there’s no place to click cancel it’s insane!!! Now I might cancel my credit card to avoid paying another year !!

Avoid this service at all costs I joined the 7-day free trial, and on day 5, I paid for a monthly plan. When the trial finished, they also took money for a yearly plan. Tried asking for a refund, but they gave me some crap about their policy, and I got nothing back. After checking Reddit, I saw people call it a total scam. Really, just stay away!

The service was awful. My card got charged $64.90 without my okay, even though I'm not on their yearly plan. I asked for a refund, but they said I didn't read their rules, though I canceled before uninstalling. This place is a scam. Avoid it; you'll lose money even if you cancel.
