The costs were reasonable and the service was decent, but they seemed disorganized. Whenever I tried to pay my premium online or by phone, my policy number was not found. This issue began after 3 or 4 months of no problems, and they never managed to resolve it. I had to cancel my policy because each month I had to call and explain that I couldn't pay online, then wait for a live rep to handle it, which always took 30 minutes or longer.
