I am fairly new at PBN and I picked Canvas By Numbers for a custom painting mainly because of the great reviews I found on different PBN blogs and Reddit. I just placed my custom PBN order and can't review it yet, but I will share my thoughts once it arrives. I have high hopes based on what I’ve read and the support I have seen from their team so far! Today I want to talk about the amazing customer service I got from Redj, a very kind and helpful rep. I had an issue with a gift card I needed to move to make my custom PBN (the mistake was on my end, not Canvas By Numbers) and Redj was quick and very helpful, guiding me step by step and making it all simple to get my custom pbn ready and ordered. I’m really thankful and excited to start my new project! Thanks Redj!

I began using Canvas by Number in Covid times. I keep buying new canvases because it helps me relax and I really enjoy doing them. People often say nice things about the canvases I complete. The feeling of finishing a Canvas by Number makes all the time spent on it feel valuble.

So far, I have finished the two custom pictures I ordered. One of the pictures maybe didn’t come out perfectly or was an older photo, so the color looked a bit off. I had to mix some paints myself or grab new ones from Michael’s store. But the final pictures look amazing! The brushes for canvas by numbers are really good and I now use them all the time. The kits come with lots of paints. I get the canvases already stretched and framed, and they fit my easel easily. I will defintely order from them again.

I really like that I can order custom painting kits... I took down all the art I bought before and now I’m showing off mine... I’ve also gifted them to my grandkids as special presents.

I really like doing the canvas painting. It helps me calm down, and I love seeing the picture come to life after I spend time painting. The only issue for me is that I’m 76 years old and many of the spaces to paint are very tiny. I need to use a magnifyer to read the numbers.

Redj, who helped me, was very kind, proffesional and really wanted to make things better! He stayed focused on fixing the issue and made sure I was taken care of. I felt heard and treated nicely through the whole thing. Great service, and I’d for sure suggest this to others! The canvas looks really neat and the artwork matches my photo really well! I bought 3 CanvasByNumbers paintings myself

I bought 3 CanvasByNumbers paintings myself – each with 24 color choices per picture. Delivery took around 2.5 weeks. Some paintings they send have colors that are a bit off (try editing the picture you send them for better color-it really helps!) Overall, stick to the instructions, adding water to the paint makes painting much easier. It’s DEFINITELY worth getting the canvas stretched on a board or frame (I prefer board because it’s more even to paint on). Painting these is very enjoyable and I’m quite pleased with how they turned out!

I am an 83 year old artist, working with drawing, acrylics, and watercolor. A few years ago, I got a PBN kit as a gift and thought it would be too simple. Since then, I’ve bought 6 more kits. It’s really calming, almost like doing a meditation. It’s great for cold winter days, but now I’m even getting kits during the summer.

The kits are really premium. The Canvas is well printed and easy to paint on. The little paint pots come in a nice container and the brushes are the best I ever got in a paint by numbers kit. I can really recommend it.

We did lose the big guide that showed the number details, but customer support swiftly sent us another one. I had been looking forward to trying this service and I’m so happy I did! I ordered a custom canvas and everything was just as promised. Really good quality! I chose a custom photo with 36 colors, hoping for more detail, but it turned out too dark. Next time, I might adjust the photo settings myself to make it lighter, or ask for their assistance!

I'm happy with how the painting turned out! It took more effort than I expected, especially for a beginner like me. The canvas was quite intricate with many tiny sections. I suggest getting better brushes than the ones provided—they aren't fine enough for small areas. The guide helped, but an online version where you can highlight colors would be even more helpful, as the printed guide was hard to read.

This company is super fun! The 16 x 20 size is great for two people. Perfect for a summer project, whether outside or inside on a rainy day. The picture is very detailed. I'm happy I only got 36 colors for this photo.
