Verry upset with BHuman. We've paid for over a year, but this month their system glitched and stopped our automated videos. Worse, it deleted our data. We're now struggling to get our data back, and Don (Manager) isn't replying, except with AI auto-responses. The customer service won't refund the downtime and is just playing games, to be honest. I want Don to call me to talk about the problems and fix them.
