Not Customer Friendly
Mark is not customer friendly at all. I understand he is one person but I wrote a review, 4 stars our 5, on his website and dude blasted me in an email. So I simply googled BetterSafeRadio complaints and got tons of the same on myGMRS and other forums of him being bad a customer service. I recommend not using them for anything. I can program a radio better than that guy and not be a douche in the process. He is just some disgruntled owner who can't handle the customers. He even tried to blast me with some trumped up disclaimer in his email forbidding me to blast him on the internet. Well guess what "dude" I will anyway. Sue me. It will be fun owning his business when I win.

A clearly disgruntled ex-customer, spreading falsehoods, who doesn't appreciate what I do. The disclaimer was about sharing my private communications - I don't mind if he wants to spread his fake experience. I think it's obvious by reading my abundance of nearly perfect reviews that this guy is just trying to defame me because he thinks he's better than everyone else. Can't please everyone. :)
