But now the delivery price is £5.99 for each book, even if I'm in the UK and only pick sellers from the UK too. That makes it cost too much, almost like buying brand new ones. Hope you change this, Alibris – you're pushing away people who always ordered from you!

I hadn’t ordered from the USA before, so the shipping was a bit new to me, but Alibris customer service was great – very quick to reply and helpful. I can't understand the bad reviews. I bought 2 books that arrived quickly. The books are in great shape, almost like new.

Ordered 3 books from the USA, costing about £45 for shipping. I was pleased since these books are hard to find. It's been almost 50 days of waiting. They said 'Usually within 2 weeks but up to 45 days' when I asked weeks ago. They did reply fast, to their credit. No tracking included, which is poor given the high shipping fees. I've paid less for tracked shipping that got here in days from the USA. Awaiting reply to my recent email. Awful experience for my first use of alibris.
