Ik bestelde iets een maand geleden voor Valentijnsdag en nog steeds niets, geen terugbetaling of email waarin staat waar het is. Geen terugbetaling of iets, vreselijk bedrijf. Het is waarschijnlijk nep en een hoop mensen zijn gedupeerdd.

Ik kocht dit voor mijn vrouw die dol is op haar hond. Het mooiste moment was de glimlach en de opwinding toen ze het doosje opende en haarzelf en de hond op de zijkant van de mok zag staan. Het bestelproces was simpel zonder problemen. Ik kreeg het cadeau binnen de aangegeven tijd. Niet dat het nodig is om te zeggen, maar ik ben blij met de ervaring… vooral omdat mijn vrouw zo blij was met haar cadeau!

Nou, ik ga dit jaar 70 jaar oud worden en twee van mijn dierbaarste vrienden ook. Ik nam de tijd en moeite om drie mokken te personaliseren met onze namen en afbeeldingen. Ik wist niet hoe emotioneel dat zou zijn totdat ik heel snel (dankzij de service van Macorner) de perfecte verjaardagsgeschenken ontving. Ik kan ze niet genoeg bedanken. Bedankt, bedankt, bedankt.

I’m beyond frustrated with this company

I’m beyond frustrated with this company. They claimed to have a "replacement order" for me, but I never got a new order number or tracking info. Here I am again, trying to track down my order. It's exhausting and feels like a scam. Getting one piece of merchandise shouldn’t be this hard. Now, they’re saying my item will arrive early January, but I seriously doubt it. Save yourself the hassle and avoid ordering from them. This has been nothing but a headache.

I ordered a personalized mug pretty late in December, kinda worried it wouldn't arrive in time. But, surprise! It got to my friend the day after Christmas. She absolutely loves it and mentioned how good the quality is. The whole process was super quick too, which was awesome. Ordered my stuff on the 6th, got a shipping notice on the 11th. Since then, the delivery date keeps changing every day, but no actual updates or ETA. Tracking is useless. Emailed customer service twice, they just say it's enroute. Duh, I can see that myself! Asked for a refund, but no response. Seriously, this is so frustrating! Feels like I'm getting nowhere. Gonna keep pushing until they sort this out. Not impressed at all.

When I emailed them on December 22nd to cancel my order because it wasn't even ready to ship, they claimed my address wasn't verified and refused to cancel. My address is perfectly fine. This whole thing feels like a scam. They didn’t deliver what I paid for and then lied about it. I had to contact my credit card company to dispute the charge. Save yourself the trouble and money, don't order from this place. They just take your money and give you nothing in return.

My granddaughter said it's trendy to wear them oversized, but as a granny, I prefer a snugger fit. So, I got two more for my other daughters, one size smaller this time. They fit them perfectly, and the material is still top-notch. Despite the size hiccup, I'll definitely order from this site again because the quality is just too good to pass up.

I tried getting a replacement and got nowhere. Felt like they didn't care at all. It's like they just took my money and ran. Seriously, avoid these guys. The whole experience was just bad from start to finish. Don't waste your time or money.

I gotta say, I was pretty disappointed with what I got for $66 AUD. They sent me two elf designs with my baby's face on them. When it came, the whole thing had this plastic backing and a tie string. The image was just slapped on there, like it was glued or something. It felt really cheap and nasty, not worth the price at all. On the bright side, the customer service wasn't too bad. They were pretty quick and nice enough to deal with. Ordered on October 21 and it showed up in Sydney by November 6. Still, not happy with the product itself.

I thought I was getting a cute personalized acrylic ornament with LED lights for the tree, but it was a letdown. The pics show a tree with regular lights, making you think the ornament lights up. Spoiler: it doesn't. Paid $26+ for a tiny 3-inch piece of acrylic. Reached out to customer service and got a response basically saying the LED lights are just part of the tree design, not actual lights. Felt kinda misled. Not worth the money at all. Wouldn’t recommend unless you really know what you’re getting.
