DO NOT BUY FROM MACORNER!!! There is a profound disconnect between what this company claims to offer and what it actually delivers. I placed my order on Thu, May 1, 2025. When I placed the order, their web site clearly stated "Order today and get it by: May 5 - 8" I have a screenshot showing this. On May 8, 2025, the promised delivery date, I have another screenshot from USPS tracking showing that they hadn't even shipped it yet! It didn't ship until May 9, 2025 and I didn't receive it until May 12, 2025, the day AFTER Mother's Day! If that wasn't bad enough, when I contacted customer support, their excuse was "your order has experienced an unexpected delay due to the high volume of shipments at our carrier’s facility during this busy Mother's Day period". THAT IS A DELIBERATE LIE! It was NOT due to USPS BEING busy, IT WAS DUE TO YOU NOT SHIPPING IT UNITL AFTER THE PROMISED DELIVER DATE! UNPROFESSIONAL! Then, to make matters even worse, when I contacted customer service again, they had the audacity to claim, "the shipping label was indeed created on May 2nd, and the package was handed over to the carrier shortly after. However, due to internal delays at the our carrier’s facility, the tracking only showed movement and an official scan on May 9th". That is another bold-faced lie! I've been tracking packages through USPS for 20 years and they have NEVER failed to correctly identify when they are in possession of a package. Anyone can create a shipping label, claim that they sent it to USPS, then claim that USPS "only showed movement" several days later. That is a deplorable lie! The claims made by this company are, at best, misleading—and at worst, deliberately false. DO NOT BUY FROM MACORNER!!!

If you are not in a rush with the delivery and plan ahead, you'll be happy with your order. I got something meaningful for my 91-year-old Mother to cherish her Grandchildren, and it turned out just Beautifull!

Scam

I placed my order on April 27 and received a confirmation with an order number, but as of June 3, I still haven’t received the product or even tracking information. I contacted customer service and was told they couldn’t verify my address, so I promptly resent the correct information. Since then, I’ve heard nothing back. I spent $45 on a product I never received, and they have refused to issue a refund. Very disappointing experience with poor communication and no accountability. I would not recommend ordering from this company.

This is my second time buying from your company!

This is my second time buying from your company! Got gifts for Mother’s Day and my daughters & Granddaughter realy liked the sun catchers with their kids' pictures. After that, I got stuff for Father’s Day too for the guys in the family! The custom Tee shirts came, just waiting on the hats now, they’re coming soon!! Will for sure be ordering again!

What a disappointment!!!

I ordered my item on April 28th the website said delivered before Mother's Day. I did not get an update until may 9 saying that it would be delivered Monday. Day after mothers day. trying to get ahold of somebody and get info is a joke. they will only tell you I'll have somebody contact you within 48 hours which nobody will. So they have ruined Mother's Day Had plenty of time but that's what happens when you order it from a company that gets their stuff from China. And has to wait for it to be sent to Them . what a disappointment this company is. I would give less then 1 star if I could DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

I purchased 2 memorial peices for my daughter...her dear 12 year old schnoodle fur baby passed from cancer. She realy liked the personal touch and seeing her fur baby's photo on the ornament. I appreciate the quality and cost of the items. I plan to order from Macorner again.

I was searching for a memorial gift for my son-in-law

I was searching for a memorial gift for my son-in-law who lost his mother 8 months ago. I came across this lovely visor clip with wings in memory of his mom. It's really beautiful and a great gift for him since he drives a truck for work and will notice it regularly. The order was just as shown and described. The shipping and delivery were quick as well.

Took my money no product

They took my order, took my money the next day, still no email confirmation. I’ve been back and forth with them via email even to the point of them saying the product was delivered to an address in California and I live in NC 4 days before I even ordered it. This company will steal your money! Buyer beware!

Lovely gift for animal lovers. It would be better if the dog's pictures could be more accurate. Adding glasses would also be a nice touch.

I’m not exactly sure how this clever product ended up on my laptop sidebar, but I'm glad it did. I bought the "A Girl and Her Dog" mug for my wife, and she was so happy with the personalized details and the artwork. The variety of design options made it easy to create something that really resembled our reality. Good job Macorner and thanks.

I don't like that I ordered two custom mugs

I don't like that I ordered two custom mugs, one for me and one for my sister. My mug came without any issues. However, my sister's mug arrived damaged. I submitted two tickets about the broken mug, along with pictures, but got no reply and no replacement for her mug. Poor replacement policy. Really disappointed. Order number is MA#715938.

I really like the variety of ways they let you personalize gifts for people who mean a lot to you. It can be tough finding the right gift for someone who seems to have it all. But Macorner has helped me get around that problem and has offered some truly emotional gifts on a few occasions.

Stay away from this company

Ordered a Xmas ornament for one of my long time clients. Unfortunately the gift arrived after Xmas, 2 weeks+ after it was ordered. Don't pay attention to their reviews on Amazon, as everywhere else thinks these folks are a scam and I agree.

Wonderful company.

Wonderful company. When my parcel didn’t arrive, I sent them an email about getting a new one since the item was really important to me. Got a quick response saying they’d send another, and they did. This business made me feel so cared for, almost like they really knew me. Than you!

My order was placed at 11:43pm While was sleeping. There was no way I could cancel order within their 2 hour period. This company is a sham with no integrity. Never buy anything from them.

I ordered some beautiful Christmas ornaments from Macorner to mark the arrival of our first grandchild, and they were just lovely. I was so happy with them that I ended up buying two more for my daughters, and they really made us smile! The ornaments are well made and have a great design—really great value. The service from Macorner was fantastic—quick, dependable, and very considerate. These special pieces on our trees made our holiday even more special. I definitely recommend Macorner for their wonderful and well-crafted products!

I bought a gift for my wife early December. Still haven't gotten it or any updates. I tried calling but just get voicemail. Left messages and no response. The email tracking number doesn't work at all. It's now January 9th, 2025 and nothing has come. I wanted to leave a good review, but this is not good for buisness. I'm close to disputing the charge with my bank. UPDATE: Finally got the item today and it's made very nice! Just like the description. Took a long time to arrive with no way to track or any updates, but... my wife loves it. Sorry for the bad review. The holidays and weather delayed things. Thanks, Macorner!

I got my order and I am happy with the product. It didn't arrive in time to send to my family for Christmas, but I still got it, and my family said it was a nice, personalized gift. Just make sure to order things that need to arrive on time at least a month ahead!
