I had solar panels put in at my house back in 2012. Four of the microinverters stopped working, and the manufacturer sent replacements. However, the service warrantee expired, and the company, Omnidian, refused to help even though I offered to pay for the service. After searching for a solar provider who would actually do repairs and not charge crazy prices (one provider wanted to charge a $500 "truck usage" fee, plus an hourly rate), I found Revolution Solar. They offered a fair hourly rate, and I first talked with Irvin from Sales, who quickly put me in touch with Brian from Operations. Brian arranged for Jose to come out and handle the repair. Jose arrived on time and was polite. Unfortunately, the manufacturer sent the wrong cable, so the microinverters couldn’t be replaced that day. Jose ordered the right cable for me. Once they arrived, Jose came back, again on time, and replaced the microinverters in just about an hour. I highly recomend Revolution Solar. When I move into my next house, I will call them right away to set up solar panel installation.

Good customer service and smooth experience. They explained everything, including the choices I had to lease or buy. A few years later I needed a quick repair and they came over within a few days to take care of it. Definitely recommend

We are quite new to solar. Initially, this company kept in touch constantly, updating us on paperwork and explaining every detail we needed to know. There was a problem with the installation, but it was fixed within a week. Living in a rural area might make things a bit more complex. Elba Sanchez was our helpful rep, managing all our needs.

Shifting to solar energy has benefits, especially with rising fuel costs. It offers security for 20 years amid global warming concerns. I'm doing my bit for future Earth lovers by using solar power.

I hope the new roof and solar panels are of good quality. They won’t do me any good if I can't reach Revolution Solar to activate them. I've been waiting for half a year with no response. There’s no phone number or reliable email to contact customer service or anyone from the company. My contract remains unfulfilled.

Dey cheat me blnd nd nvr finish wat we agreed. Dey overchrgd the instlation by 100%. I hav been unable 2 set the correct date cz it won't go back far enough. 10/09/2022 2 the original instlation. The probs r still ongoing nd wil require adjdication.
