I am liking the Reverse Health app, especially the recipes and workouts. The app has had some issues, but my questions were answered quickly, even during the New Year. Solutions were given. Everyone has been helpful, and Evie in particular has dealt with things good.

The exercises are great.

The exercises are great. However, the logging feature isn’t working anymore, and meal searches aren’t as effective as they should be. For $50 a month, I was expecting more. I might stop using this app next month.

I haven't had this app for too long

I haven't had this app for too long, but I can say that I am liking it so far. There’s something about it that feels different from the other apps I’ve used, though I can't really explain it. It’s simple to use and focuses on small steps like reading an article or checking your mood, which I really like. The workouts are quick but tough, and you can make them harder by adding weights or adjusting your position. I haven’t seen any weight loss yet, but it’s only been a week. I do feel better overall though.

Great customer service

Great customer service It’s clear why Reverse Health got such high recognition! After a couple of weeks, I started to notice some improvement in strength and flexibility, so I decided to continue with the program. Later, I became confused about what I had actually signed up for. Bella stepped in and quickly helped me understand everything, making things much clearer. Just a week later, I hurt both knees in a simple accident at home, unrelated to the program. I couldn’t walk for 18 hours. When I asked about exercises, my doctor suggested gentle movements and lots of ice to heal. Bella replied fast, agreeing with my doctor’s advice and offering me a nice extension. She’s always so helpful. Bella’s a real asset to the team.

Not for me

I am currently working with customer service. And I will see how this ends. I signed up and clicked the one time payment of 25.99, option for a 12 weeks program. 12 weeks later I was charged 96 Canadian dollars (for a 3-month subscription) when I called to complain they said there was another page with fine print that I didn't read so just know if you think you're signing up for a one-time fee you are not... I'll charge you and then they will tell you it is your fault. After the first payment I was sent a receipt, after the second sneaky payment I was not sent the receipt which seems very questionable.

I am really happy with how my heart rate is pushed during the workouts. Each section gives me a solid challenge, and I notice a slight improvement after repeating the sessions. I also like the motto you use... progress over perfection.

RH has, over the course of 75 years, shown me how to treat my body right so it can function better (even at my age - it's amazing how you can still improve your health). I had to rethink all my outdated beliefs (coming from an Italian family). After following their advice, I really felt the benefits. I recently tested this when I returned to my previous habits, and my body quickly reminded me of the consequences. I’m not sure if I’ll need to stick to the Program forever or just remember the meals and ideas (I would miss the exercises).

The workouts are manageable and offer variety, so you don't feel tired of them. There are lots of simple food options to choose from. The customer support is great and replies fast. I also like the Facebook page. One suggestion would be to include a way to track individual food items if I mix different meal choices.

Very bad experience, they took money from my card for the next month without even announcing me and now I have infinite conversations with their support in order to get the money back. Do not use this app! It is a scam!

Fraudsters... RH are scammers and crooks... They used my credit card info without asking and did an unapproved charge of $40 on 10 August, well before my subscription ended. Even though I did not want to renew, they went ahead without asking. My bank says they are also trying to hack my credit card.

I reached out with questions about deleting or editing a meal logged on the wrong day. Kylie and Maeve were friendly and gave useful information. It turns out there's no way to delete or edit a meal once it's entered. I like the app and its features, but there's definitely room for improvement. Adding barcode scanning would save time compared to manually entering nutrient details. This feature should be added to automatically update micro/micronutrient information.

This company's got nice recipes, and the exercises are easy to follow. The Facebook group is helpful, 'cause members help each other out. The only downside is the app sometimes glitches, so you gotta sign in again to get where you wanna go.

This company disappointingly lacks laptop support, limiting its functionality to only mobile devices. I recently joined and promptly requested a refund on the same day. I just wrapped up a chat with Jessica from accounts payable, crossing my fingers for a swift refund process. It's crucial to be mindful of this limitation if you prefer not to be restricted to your mobile device, and that's precisely why I've chosen not to continue using their services.

Watch out the site leads you to add what you think is included in subscription only to be billed over $150. Monthly. No one answers phone calls to have this corrected and emails are sent stated you cannot cancel., even though website says you have 24 hours to review.
