SCAM!!!

I paid for the trial period (the app is absolutely useless by the way) after which they automatically charged me 48.39 EUROS!!!! less than 5 minutes after I was charged, I immediately wrote them an email requesting the full refund. It’s been 4 days and since then they sent me 1 automatic reply just telling me to cancel my subscription WHICH I ALREADY DID BEFORE WRITING THEM and mentioned it in my first email. I worked in Saas and apps myself multiple times and it’s a basic consumer right to receive a FULL REFUND IF REQUESTED AT LEAST 48 HOURS AFTER THE TRANSACTION. And I requested it after 2 minutes. If I do not receive my refund promptly, I will escalate this issue by filing formal complaints with the Cyprus Consumer Protection Service and the European Consumer Centre in Spain. I’m also going to reach out to Cyprus Police, here are the contacts if somebody needs it as well: Cyprus Police through their Citizens’ Communication Line (1460) or the Economic Crime Investigation Office, to report cybercrime issues to the Cyprus Police via email at [email protected]. I expect your response and my refund.

Signed up to try out a trial but even the trial was $1 and then $19.99 every TWO weeks after. Even during the trial I was dissatisfied and never used again beyond the first day. I forgot about the trial until I was charged again and it went my bank account into the negatives due to poor timing as I’m about to start a new job. I emailed customer service to cancel and get a refund but they state it doesn’t meet the requirement for a refund despite me only using it ONE day for probably 15 minutes. Also when I logged in to cancel my account it said my account was a part of a data breach so now I’m also concerned about my information being comprised. This company doesn’t care about their customers or quality of a product, they just want to trick people into signing up so they can collect as much of their money they can until they remember to even cancel. Terrible customer service. Will not recommend.

I paid for a chart for $1.99. Apparently, when you do this, they sign you up for something. I was then charged $90 over two separate amounts in two weeks. Didn't even know I was receiving anything from them! When I contacted them about the charges I got some long email outlining what I had agreed to and paid for. The depth and detail of the email shows me they get this a lot, because they knew exactly how to handle it. They refused to refund my money. Biggest scam ever. These companies that get people in the fine print are frauds. Guaranteed they stay afloat simply by blind siding people and refusing to refund the money because of the "agreement" not once did I sign up for anything, I paid for a chart!

Big scam!!!! This company is a big scam. It says only a dollar to receive your first reading. But when you really read it, your credit card will be charged in three days automatically unless you cancel it. It got me alert so I successfully canceled the subscription. I received the confirmation of the cancellation. But they still charged immediately after the cancellation. My credit card was charged twice once for a dollar and second on the same day for $39. Once I contacted a customer service, they got back to me in four days and said refunded my money, but they only refunded for 39 cents not $39. Don’t trust this company. It’s a BIG SCAM!!!

I purchased 1 week trial period which amount is 1.39$. And they guys charged me 3 times In just one day 1 amount is 1.39$ ,2nd one is 39.99$ and 3rd one is also 39.99$. So, I was message there and. Be careful with the Trial

I initiated a 3 day teile for 1,40 just cause I was curious. Since there was nothing in the play store I assumed it was automatically only 3 days. It turns out it wasn’t, but you have to go trough 3 hoops to cancel the thing and they just take 50 euros, even tough your not aware. No way to retrieve money, and they are not willing to accommodate in any way. Even tough you have a subscription basically by accident ! (Plus the whole concept isn’t real, but if it gives you support and guidance, I am all for this placebo effect, so go for it)

I purchased the three days subscription for 1.21 EUR out of curiosity. From there, you're one click away from confirming the download of a useless pdf that costs 29.99 EUR. The button to select "no, I don't want to download this" is purposely small and hidden under the big "Download" button. The support team hides behind the terms and conditions.

I have been scammed. I cancelled this on the day I paid for the trial and they have charged me for the subscription. I have asked for a refund and they have refused. REally disappointed and can see the they have done the same to others. I am disputing the transaction with my bank.
