I wanted to share my thoughts here since I couldn't locate another spot to leave a review. I received assistance with vehicle parts a few years ago, and they were quite helpful. Recently, I was looking for an old invoice from over four years back. I reached out to Chris, as he was the only person I had a record of in my inbox. He responded quickly, providing the details I asked for in less than an hour. I really appreciate their customer service!

The items they offer are good replacements for factory parts. I thought about getting the high-performance headlights but opted not to for my Honda Element. I figured projector lights would likely make visibility worse, since the car has large A-pillars and many blind spots. It seems better to stick with the black bezel stock assembly. They shipped out fast, just one day after I ordered, so everything is going smoothly so far.

Travis jumped in right away, made a custom invoice for me, and sped up the order so I got it fast. This is my third great experience with Vivid; they are my first choice for parts for my ‘99 Eclipse.

Stephan was crazy fast with replies and calling back/answering the phone, some of the best online customer service I have ever had. Comparing it to RH.com it is like comparing an SF90 to a VW bug, night and day. He even was able to price match and cut shipping costs. Best website for any time of parts I have ever been to.

The company is really good, and their customer service is awesome! They didn’t have the spotlights I needed, but they offered me a great alternative. Later, they found out they had some available and sent them to me. Their support is fast and helpful. I’ll surely return for more!

Ordered smoked taillights for my '02 WJ, shipping quicker than expected. Taillights came in record time and fit my Jeep perfectly! Very happy with the item and customer service.

So, my order arrived pretty fast

So, my order arrived pretty fast, and the price seemed fair. 📦💨 The packaging, on the other hand, was a total disaster – it looked like it had been through a battle with a grizzly bear. 🐻📦😅 The thing is, the order was kinda heavy and unwieldy, so I'll cut them some slack there. But when I checked the contents, a couple of pieces had scratches and nicks. 🙄😬 Not a huge deal, I just hope I won't discover anything missing when I try to install it.

After waiting for two weeks

After waiting for two weeks, there was still no shipping information available. When I tried to get an update, the only option was an automated system that promised an update within 24 hours, but it never happened. After finally speaking to a person, they mentioned that the automated system couldn't provide such updates. Despite being told there would be an update in another 24 hours, it never came. In my third attempt to get information, I learned that the item hadn't been shipped yet and wouldn't be shipped for another 3 weeks. As a result, I decided to cancel my order.

Absolutely terrible!! Chrome

Absolutely terrible!! Chrome bumper rusts within just 2 months, even though the pickup was kept in a garage. Vivid wants us to take off the bumper, pack it again, and pay for shipping ourselves. Meanwhile, the pickup is out of commission. A replacement isn't coming anytime soon. Customer service fed us a load of nonsense!! These folks just don't give a darn and won't support their products.
