Helpful gear, not a magic pass

The ID and vest help signal our needs, but some venues still push back. I appreciate the bundle, just manage expectations.

Everything in one place

I ordered a vest, IDs, and patches, then used their link for an ESA evaluation. Checkout was simple and tracking came fast. The process felt organized, which eased my nerves in public spaces.

Fast answer on photo ID

Sent a blurry image by accident. Support quickly asked for a sharper one and confirmed print timing. Friendly and quick resolution.

Felt prepared and calm

Having the paperwork and tags in one pouch made me feel calmer on outings. Quality is solid for the price point.

Organized kit, mixed reception

The gear arrived labeled and sturdy. The ESA letter from the clinician was on time. A landlord still asked extra paperwork. What stood out was convenience, with the caveat that acceptance varies in the real world.

You guys were great about

You guys were great about exchanging my dog’s vest so quickly. I sent the first one back to you yesterday. Thanks again.

Helpful, though not magic

The vest and ID make situations smoother, but our apartment office still asked extra paperwork for ESA housing. Customer service sent guidance and we sorted it. It helps, but expect questions.

One-stop kit that helped

Creating the dog profile was easy, uploaded a photo, picked a vest and ID. Tracking emails came quickly. The kit looks tidy and made public outings less awkward for us.

Phone support was solid

Called about photo sizing. A rep picked up in 2 minutes, explained requirements, and updated my order notes. Issue solved, no back and forth.

The size guide made choosing the right fit easy and clear.

The size guide made choosing the right fit easy and clear. I realy like the "in training" patches, they look good and are useful.

I have been using this company for some time.

I have been using this company for some time. It's really simple to apply and has fair prices along with quick delivery. Thank you.

Simple and smooth!

Simple and smooth! No problems with getting my dog's ESA certifcation for the landlord. My light stays on in a dim world, thanks!

I’m glad that everything was as described.

I’m glad that everything was as described. However, I’m not happy that I chose fast shipping but it took 5 days to get my package.

Getting the license was straightforward.

Getting the license was straightforward. But some restaurants and hotels won't take a service dog. Emotional support animal. They said they don't mind what type of service animal I have. It's up to the owner of the business to decide if they serve us. I feel like I spent my money on this license that many owners don't value. They know we won't sew them for refusing to serve our pet

I had to get my

I had to get my dog certified as a Service Dog and was pretty overwhelmed by all the details involved. This company really saved the day with their "Need to Knows." They broke everything down so clearly. I've told a bunch of people about them already. Even my doctor took note and is now sharing their info with other patients who might need it. Super helpful and worth checking out if you're in the same boat.
