My mother passed away and I had to travel to India. Travel hub saw this as a chance and gave me a ticket without check-in baggage, which made my return trip very stressful. I ended up having to pay £100 at the airport to check in my luggage. It’s hard to understand how they think someone can travel with only one bag and come back with nothing at all.

Overall, Travel Hub 365 did a nice job. We had a great time at the hotel we picked in Jamaica. There were a couple of hiccups at check-in with the property, but Travel Hub helped to sort them out by reaching out to the hotel. Other than that, our trip was really nice.
