I realy recomend this company. They put in extra effort to make sure customers have a good experiance. I bought an acoustic guitar as a Christmas present for my husband after seeing many good things about this store in my research. I sent a question through their contact page and got a reply very fast. The sales person also followed up after my purchase to check if everything was good. I know some companies do this as part of their process, but these guys actually seem to care and not just go through the motions. The guitar was packed very well and came in perfect shape. I would definitly buy from them again if I need another instrument!

I got stuff by phone. The guy listened good. He was nice and had good phone manners. My thing came quick in a good box. As usual, Sweetwater never fails.

I made my order "L2128354614" on March

I made my order "L2128354614" on March 15th and the service was good until I paid. But once the product was shipped, I faced an issue with tracking. Despite reaching out to Robbie Dennison several times, I got no response. Later, I found out Robbie was out of office. Eventually, I got the tracking number, but it was delayed and the shipping date was wrong. As of March 22, the shipment has been on hold since March 18 due to missing documents. DHL informed Sweetwater, but they didn't respond. Despite claiming 24/7 support, Sweetwater didn't respond this time either. This was my first purchase from Sweetwater. I hope they improve their service, or it might be my last. Please sort out the document issue with DHL instead of sending a template response.

Customer service from this company is really lacking. I've encountered numerous issues repeatedly, and it's frustrating that they don't respond to texts or emails. It seems like they prioritize their product over their customers' needs.
