I genuinely enjoyed my experience with Supportpets and I'll definitely be recommending them to others.

It took a while to get my requested

It took a while to get my requested documents from the company for my Emotional Support Animal. When I needed an update, it was frustrating to figure out how to do so, and ensuring the correct wording in the documents, as requested, was challenging. In the end, the Emotional Support Animal documents were eventually generated and approved by my landlord. However, the entire process took over 4 weeks. Thank you!

The process for the documents was thorough

The process for the documents was thorough, which I appreciated, and it only took about 24 hours to get them, which was great! I gave 4 stars though, because I bought a bundle pack with certificates, cards, and a service animal vest, but no one has updated me on when I will receive them. I'm hoping they will send the items soon. If I get everything I ordered, I would happily rate my experience 5 stars.

It went quick and simple, wich I liked. I get nervous talking with new people so that part was kinda hard, but maybe asking more about past stuff could help. Nothing bad happend 2 weeks ago like you asked, but 8 years back someone pulled a gun on me, and I also had a rough childhood. My dogs help with that a lot – they give me peace and help me feel okay.

Hey there! I recently got a new dog and needed her papers for emotional support. I found Support Pets to be quick and simple! I just answered some questions, made the payment, and then waited for the letter to be signed by a doctor before it was sent to me. Now, I'm just waiting for the harness and tag to arrive.

I kept it simple, but last year I paid 190.00

I kept it simple, but last year I paid 190.00 instead of 100.00 for extra items like harnesses with a "service label" for medium/large size, and I never got anything but an e-certification, just like this year! You still owe me the harness from last year! This isn't the first time I've messaged you about this!

I specifically unticked a box to make sure I wouldn't be charged an additional $35, but to my surprise, I was still charged the $35 because I unticked the box. It doesn't make any sense, and I feel like I was misled.

When we signed Wyatt (Cowboy) up

When we signed Wyatt (Cowboy) up, we expected to get the vest and ID card for him like the ad said! But we ended up needing to buy the vest on its own and still don’t know how to get the ID card!

I enjoyed how easy it was to get on the site, but I expected my papers to come by USPS. When I checked my email, it woudn’t let me print all of them.

Received paperwork promptly, but encountered an issue with a small vest. Disappointed to discover an unexpected charge of $107.99 instead of the regular $87.00. Seeking clarification on the additional cost. Swift response is needed.

Do not rely on this company. The first time I used them to get an ESA letter for my apartment, I had to contact customer support because they were late delivering my documents. They replied quickly and it was resolved. But when I had to renew my ESA letter, my apartment gave me only 7 days to do so, and again they didn’t deliver in the promised time. This time they claimed my questionnaire was lost and asked me to send it again several times. I’ve reached out to check progress, but they keep saying it’s still being reviewed. A 24-48 hour process has now stretched over a week, and I’ve asked for a refund but don't even know if I’ll get it.

I wouldn't recommend this company

I wouldn't recommend this company at all. The first time I needed an ESA letter for my apartment, they delayed my documents. Customer service did respond quickly, so I let it slide. But the second time I tried to renew my ESA letter, it was a disaster. My apartment gave me a 7-day deadline, and guess what? They missed it again. They claimed they lost my questionnaire in the mail and kept asking me to resubmit it. I kept contacting customer service to check on the status, and they kept saying it's "being reviewed." Something that should have taken 24-48 hours dragged on for a week. I asked for a refund, but I’m not holding my breath.

Do not trust

They will scam you, they have no number for you to call, they will not get you your letter and if they do you will have to wait way more than that 24-48 hours window they promise lost our chance to our new home because of them
