I really like these lights.

I really like these lights. They shine bright, are simple to put up, and charging them is not hard. Every 4 pack has a charger with many plugs so you can charge all four at once. After you put them up, there’s a clip that makes it simple to take the light off for charging. There are many settings. One I didn’t know about is a shake mode. It turns the light on when it feels movement, then turns it off if still for over 15 seconds. I didn’t know this was a setting, so I though something was wrong when they turned off. I wrote to customer support and they got back to me fast with help and clear steps to fix it. I’m really happy with how support helped and the lights too.

My campervan on a Ram Promaster

My campervan on a Ram Promaster came with terrible headlights. Driving at night was not pleasant due to the short area illuminated on the road. These were recommended by someone, and a decent price, so I decided to give them a try. My vehicle requires an adapter to hold the bulbs in place because the heat sink prevents the original holder from fitting in place. When I contacted Silverholder about this, they offered to send me the required adapter. When it arrived it worked perfectly. I replaced the low beams and now they are about as bright as the halogen high beams. I feel much safer driving now, especially on remote rural roads.

I purchased 2 sets of H7 kit around 3 years ago, and they worked great. After about a year, I had some flickering issues, but they were quickly fixed. On 27/03/25, I decided to buy the D3S set of LED bulbs because I trust Silverholder’s products. They are a bit more expensive than other brands I’ve used before, but the build quality is much better than the cheaper ones. If I encounter any problems after installing the D3S, I will update in the future. Otherwise, it seems like a solid set of LED kits. My H7 kits have lasted a long time and are still working perfectly.

After I sent the video, I received an email saying they would send me a replacement. They also shipped it out really fast. I am happy with the product and how they handled my issue. Great service overall, will buy again.

I’m happy with the resolution. Even though I would have bought more anyway, they stood by their products. Good company to work with.

The light strip product is of good quality, nice design, and very slim. It’s one of the better light strip products available. Customer service was helpful with quick responses, offering clear installation videos and instructions for easy setup! I will buy again and suggest it to other car fans.

Before I got my windows tinted, I already disliked my factory headlights. But that all changed after I put in my Silverholder LED's! They're brighter than some of the newer cars. I’m excited to add my fog lights soon. Thanks, Silverholder, keep it up!

The only reason they’re not getting 5 stars is that it takes a bit of time to get your shipment. But, this seems more like an issue with the current international shipping system than the company itself.

The product worked well for a bit over a year. It was very bright and I liked it until it stopped working earlier this week. It's almost been a week now, and I still don't know if they will send me a replacement for the broken one. I haven't received any updates on my issue. I tried contacting them in several ways, but the phone number on their website is always busy.

The product arrived from China without prior notice, and the lengthy delivery time was frustrating. Upon receipt, the bulbs were defective, and the customer service response was unsatisfactory. Requesting a video of non-functional bulbs seemed unnecessary. The suggestion to install them in my vehicle's fog lights, requiring bumper removal, was inconvenient. Despite offering to return the faulty items, the company refused a refund. Considering the issues, I plan to file a bank dispute for this subpar and defective product.

After I waited a month for my Led headlights, they only lasted 2 months before the diodes went out. When I contacted customer service, which is a joke, they gave me the runaround, asking me to switch bulbs and take pictures of the beam pattern. The lights have failed, and I deserve a refund. I would gladly send the lights back, but there's a reason they only offer a 30-day money-back guarantee.
