The show was fantastic.

The show was fantastic. I took two grandkids and a friend of theirs, and I made the fourth person in our group. The kids were fully into it for the whole two hours. They kept saying how much they "liked it"! Their ages were 10, 11, and 11. I was really happy with how everything was organized. There were around five rooms, all carefully designed and well made. We had a guide for the four of us who was fun and supportive. The goal of the experience was to test us in various ways, and it did just that. We were challenged and had a great time. Nothing was too scary. Before we knew it, two hours had passed. The kids loved the laser room, trying to avoid hitting the beams. They liked every room. I had fun as well, even at 82! It was worth the money, and I’d suggest others try it for a unique and enjoyable time. While it wasn’t cheap, it was a high-quality show and probably took a lot of effort to put on!

I really appreciate how simple it is to use this app, and the options it provides. I can log in whenever I feel like it, which is really nice! This is especially helpful as a busy mom. The reminder feature is helpful if you need a little nudge to take care of yourself or do something nice for your well-being. Give it a go. There are many benefits I’ve noticed. In general, it helps me keep track of my mental health status.

It took some time to navigate the site and discover all its features. For example, I was unsure about the purpose of the journal for quite a while. Surprisingly, it has been more helpful than I initially expected, considering I had low expectations. The flexibility of not minding when I skip a day or two has been a plus, allowing me to digest information or take a break as needed. Although I'm still in the early lessons (currently on lesson 8), I'm trying to be patient and assume that it hasn't taught me everything yet.

I couldn't join Sensa.health

I couldn't join Sensa.health due to being hospitalized thrice. But when I asked to end my membership, their agent emailed me, showing genuine concern for my health. They promptly canceled my membership and gave a refund, which was the best response I've ever got from any company.

I reached out to customer support, explained my situation, and was given a full refund even though it was past the 72-hour refund period (a lot shorter than in Europe). You can't ask for more!

Sensa is a rather limited

Sensa is a rather limited app, claiming to be immensely helpful for those with ADHD, but I found it to be lacking. It allows users to track a narrow range of moods, which quickly becomes repetitive and dull after a couple of days. The information it provides about ADHD is minimal and delivered in a slow, drip-feed fashion. While it offers prompts and reminders, its design seems more suitable for children than adults. Investing in a notebook and well-written books on ADHD would likely be a more worthwhile and cost-effective choice. My experience with Sensa was disappointing, and I wouldn't recommend wasting time or money on it.

Sensa was completely useless to me. To make matters worse, I didn’t receive a notice before my renewal date. They promote themselves as aiding those with ADHD, but their refund policy is very anti-ADHD; you can only cancel a subscription two days before renewal (even if you weren’t notified). Considering ADHD’s issues with time management, this policy is dreadful and no one with ADHD should use their services. Rather than helping, it’s just adding to my stress.

I have ADHD, forgot to use it, removed the app, unsubscribed from the constant emails, and still got a bill I couldn’t afford. I’m currently going through chemotherapy. I understand business is business, but they’re not here to support you, they’re here to make money. The auto renewal feels like a punch in the stomach, and it’ll stay with you for at least 48 hours.

This app is not much helpful. It has basic features you find in any journal app, and you can only read a small part about ADHD every day. Plus, it's aimed at ADHD users but doesn't remind about auto-renewal. And it's expensive for what it offers. Seems unfair, not suggested.

I got the app and had 30 minutes to decide on $45 for six months. I forget and it auto-renewed. I contacted them when it renewed but they said no refund. I asked PayPal but still no refund. Leaving one star to warn others. They don't tell you before billing. It's a scam.

I signed up for Sensa in 2022, hoping it would help me manage my ADHD symptoms. Unfortunately, the app was ineffective for me, offering little more than basic journaling features and surface-level content that could easily be found online for free. It fell far short of its promises to provide meaningful tools for ADHD management. Fast forward 2 years later Jan 2025 I come to realize I'm still paying on their predatory subscription model. Like many others with ADHD, I forgot about the auto-renewal feature, which resulted in ongoing charges for a service I wasn’t using. When I finally noticed and reached out to request a refund for the most recent charge (not the YEARS of unused service), I was met with their rigid 14-day cancellation policy. Despite explaining my situation, they refused to issue a refund. This lack of flexibility feels exploitative, especially given that it's marketed to people desperate to get control of their ADHD symptoms and are particularly vulnerable to forgetting such details. Sensa’s practices seem designed to take advantage of distracted individuals. After a quick search, I found it clear I was not alone. If you’re considering Sensa, I strongly advise against it. The app didn’t work for me, and the financial risk of forgetting about their subscription isn’t worth it. There are better tools and resources available that don’t prey on the vulnerabilities of those they claim to help. Save your money and look elsewhere for ADHD support.
