Great service from ParkWhiz. I reserved a garage but then didn't need it. I called to cancel late. They first offered $30 credit. I asked for full refund for 3 days left. They negotiated and gave me $60 refund and $20 credit. They were nice and helpful. Made my day better! Will use again.

Avoid this company!

Avoid this company! Paid for a parking spot, arrived, and they claimed they were full. I had to pay for another spot with cash. ParkWhiz won't refund me. They're shady, overselling spaces. No guarantee, better to wing it at the event!

Total nightmare like others said. Paid in advance, got to the garage, told it's full. Tried reaching ParkWhiz, but they vanished. AVOID THIS COMPANY! Had to dispute the charge with my credit card company. 😤

It was half the cost of the main site parking lot and just a short walk to the event. It took us some time to figure out how to access the garage because the doors were shut and we couldn’t get in. I noticed a few cars facing the same issue and just left.

Making a reservation online was easy, and customer service was helpful when I had a question. However, the Lot# was right but the street name was not. There were two entrances, but both signs showed a different street name than the one online.

I booked a hotel in New York for a weekend. The first night, the hotel had a power outage that lasted hours. This booking was non-refundable, but I had to stay elsewhere. The hotel staff were no help and didn’t offer any solutions. When I contacted customer service, they asked for more details, which I gave. Since then, I've heard nothing. I will never book with this company again! Bad service. Best of luck to you if you decide to rely on this company for your stay.

I prepaid for parking at the 9th St Garage. When I got there, the app wouldn't scan, so I had to pay again. I showed I paid, but they said Parkwhiz is a 3rd party and I'd have to ask for a refund. I did, and got an auto email saying wait 3-5 days. Krista Mae from the company asked for proof of payment. I sent it. I've waited 10 days and emailed Krista 4 times with no reply. This company doesn't care about customers. Don't use this app!

I'm really disappointed

I'm really disappointed with this company. Twice, I couldn't park because the garage was full. I was late for appointments at Mount Sinai Hospital both times. The attendants suggested I call ParkWhiz to complain, but they couldn't help. I don't trust this company anymore.

ParqWhiz adwertised a .8 mile distance to my venu driving and it’s 1.2 miles and takes 15 minutes. Walking takes 25-30- fals advertising. They up-charged the garage by $20 and there are several garages closer to the venu. They scam on people.

I booked for a Tigers game in Detroit and then heard about the reservation issues, so I called. None of this is accurate. The rep said reserving means you paid in advance. ?? WHAT??!! Then try canceling...that's a real headache. The FTC is now looking at "terms & conditions" companies use to obscure details. I plan to inform the FTC about this one too.

This company really dropped the ball.

This company really dropped the ball. If I could give them negative stars, I would. I had to pay for parking on Feb 29 as a company expense, but their business address and GST number weren't on the ticket. When I asked for this information, the representative couldn't provide anything beyond what was on their website. They passed my request to another department, promising they'd email me the info, but I never received anything and the ticket was closed. I tried again, asking them to email me the details, but they closed the ticket without even responding. And now, they have the audacity to ask me to rate the representative? What representative? They better be legitimate because I'm considering filing a complaint with the BBB and CRA.

Avoid using ParkWhiz for Hollywood Bowl parking. The lot is 1.5 miles from the venue and it's uphill to reach it. For the same $57.00, you could park much closer to the entrance if you book directly with the venue. I was unaware that I wasn’t purchasing parking through the venue. The email from ParkWhiz on the day of the event claimed the space I paid $57.00 for was worth only $15.00. I tried to cancel 7 hours before the event, but they refused to assist, wouldn’t let me speak to a supervisor, and directed me to Aliance Insurance for a claim. I won’t be using ParkWhiz again.

We purchased a parking space via ParkWhiz in Phoenix

We purchased a parking space via ParkWhiz in Phoenix for a Padres and Diamondbacks game at Chase Field. The lot was located down a dark alley, a mile away from the stadium. After getting back to the car, we drove to the stadium and discovered parking available right across the street for the same cost we paid. With the temperature soaring above 105 degrees, walking was not an option for us. When I requested a refund, ParkWhiz declined because it was done through a third party. So much for the Park Whiz promice.

AVOID THESE SCAMMERS

They sold me parking in a FREE parking garage and then when I contacted customer service, they refused to refund my money. Since I was able to park at the location, they decided that I had "redeemed" my parking voucher. They chose not to address the fact that they tricked me into paying money for something that was free. It took them 2 weeks to even bother to get back to me. They have terrible reviews all over the internet. They should be shut down.

Awful - do not trust

Awful - do not trust or use. Paid $50 and all services were inadequate. They overpromise and do not fulfill their commitments, so anyone can be left unsatisfied. Horrible customer service and no way to get a resolution.

Fail to honor reservations

They don't actually honor the reservation. Booked months in advance, 8 days before event they email that they are substituting a space much further from the venue, but don't worry, I can pat full price...

I’d rate this even lower if I could. Paid $10 upfront for parking, but when I arrived, the attendant said they don’t take Parkwhiz. Had to pay $48 more on top of that—definitely not a good experiance.

Absurd 24 hr parking fee. I was there for barely 2 minutes and tried to get some of my money back. After nagging them, the most they offered was a $15 credit for next time. As if I’d use them again.
