Ordered a couple of 8-inch dual voice coil subs from OnlineCarStereo, and one arrived damaged. I sent both back, but they accused me of damaging the sub and even claimed I sent back a different one. Their tech said the serial numbers didn't match, but I returned exactly what they sent me. No refund, no replacement—they just sent the same busted subs back. Took a closer look, and the voice coil wire was broken. Definitely not my fault since I never even used it. So, I'm out about $200 and got blamed for something I didn't do. Multiple calls to their customer service resulted in long wait times and vague information. Despite claims of the product being lost in shipping, FedEx confirmed they never received it from OnlineAudio. Eventually, I canceled the order and demanded a refund. To their credit, they did refund the entire amount. The negative reviews about this company are accurate.
