Coordinating with them feels like an endless exchange of texts, with subcontractors displaying even poorer communication skills. Issues like lost water pressure in two bathrooms during tunneling were shrugged off by the crew, and our driveway widening required persistent efforts to ensure implementation. The lack of communication extends to crucial matters like capping sprinkler lines, resulting in inconveniences like severed internet and cable connections. While their foundation work is reliable, improved communication is essential for a smoother customer experience.

I anticipated better customer service from a reputed company. The lack of response and damaged siding has left a negative impression. I cannot recommend a company that fails to support its work or respect homeowners' property.

Shockingly, Olshan and its contractors are uninsured, leaving homeowners vulnerable to significant losses. The $650 engineering charge proved to be a sham, as no licensed engineer was on-site, showcasing the company's fraudulent practices. Rushed and uncoordinated, the Guatemalan crew, devoid of engineering supervision, inflicted damage far surpassing the initial repair cost of $23,000. Olshan's track record of lawsuits and their indifference to homeowners' well-being reveals a company driven by greed and negligence. My $10,000 investment in Olshan resulted in the ruin of my home, with 39 new cracks and structural issues. Proceed with caution – trusting Olshan is akin to playing Russian Roulette with your property.

If you value the integrity of your home, steer clear of Oshlan. My experience with them on Bit Circle was regrettable. Despite their claim of leveling the front of my house, the shoddy work became evident within 7 months, as my doors started sticking again. When I called for an evaluation at 10 months, Bryan, the supposed professional, avoided measurements, misled, and hastily departed. Three other reputable companies confirmed the uneven front, yet Oshlan, under their one-year warranty, only addressed half the piers without consultation. Two months later, doors are sticking again, and they evaded necessary concrete and engineer inspections. Avoid this unreliable company.
