To my surprise and delight, when the boots finally arrived late, New Chic generously gifted them to me as a gesture of goodwill for the inconvenience. I'm thoroughly pleased with their exceptional customer service.

Newchic took my T-shirt designs without permission and now sells them on T-shirts and hoodies. I reported copyright infringement, but they haven't responded. This company shamelessly steals and makes money from it. Disgusting!
