I had a reconditioned scooter from meh.com, initially attracted by the seemingly reasonable price and my past positive experiences with reconditioned items from them. However, my enthusiasm waned upon receiving a disappointingly filthy scooter that appeared far from reconditioned. Subsequent disappointment arose when the defective scooter struggled on even slight inclines. Although faced with a frustrating $200 return shipping cost, Ashley from customer service did eventually offer a solution by generating a shipping label, which saved the day. Despite my initial inclination to cancel my membership, the customer service ultimately proved commendable.
