I reached out to customer service, since finding a replacement seemed like too much for me to handle at the moment. They quickly told me that shipping a new charger would cost more than the charger itself, so they offered to order one on Amazon and send it directly to my home. This small but thoughtful action really helped me out during a stressful time, saving me from one more thing to deal with. Thanks a lot!!

I haven't used the service or collars yet

I haven't used the service or collars yet, so I can't say much about them. I do wish you could add more than three pets to the system. I have two dogs and two cats, and since you can only have one home unit and three collars per household, I can't add my youngest cat. I hope the collars and system live up to the excitement. I'll let you know how it goes after 30 days of use.
