Ordered Christmas items on December 1, 2023, with the expectation of receiving them in time for the holidays. Unfortunately, the items did not arrive until after Christmas, which was quite disappointing. The delay was communicated to me, and when I requested a cancellation, I was informed that the items had already been shipped.
It would have been more helpful to receive the tracking information promptly, ideally when the items were initially dispatched. Instead, I had to request a refund before getting the necessary details. The entire process was less than efficient.
The last item in my order was received on January 3, 2024, making the overall delivery time quite lengthy. It's essential for companies like Lillicloth to enhance their efficiency and accuracy in shipping and tracking information. Alternatively, they should be more prepared to accommodate order cancellations when requested.
Considering my experience, I would caution potential buyers to think twice before making a purchase from Lillicloth.
