Looking forward to getting my order. I had to talk to customer service a few times about the expensive chairs to make sure they were the right color and size and available for shipping, and Angela V. helped every time, either on the phone or by email. It's my first time ordering from KathyKuoHome, so I was worried, but Angela's customer service made me feel confident about my purchase.

As a designer, dealing with prolonged holds and no actual progress in scheduling the delivery was a significant inconvenience, leading to unnecessary delays in the process.

Considering the considerable cost of the lamps, this was disappointing. In reality, the lamps had a much greener hue than the website portrayed, making them unsuitable for my decor. I would not have made this purchase had the color been accurately represented. It's disheartening when an investment like this doesn't align with your expectations.

Very disappointed in the finish of the Yareli 4-drawer dresser. It's evident that whoever did the work lacked experience. The distressing is excessive, and the dark markings make it look almost black. This contrasts with the dresser pictured online, where the distressing is not as dark. Consequently, it lacks the soft, classic country French look and instead has a 'DIY your old dresser' appearance. I have personally finished furniture and achieved better results.
