Wow, if I had seen these reviews earlier, I probably wouldn't have bought my first pair, but I went ahead and did anyway (hope that makes sense). I actually really like them! Bought them on AMAZON, so I knew I'd be covered if something went wrong. They were a little stiff at first, but got more comfortable once they broke in. Never had an issue with wet traction, except on floors that are known to be slippery. I stumbled upon these negative reviews and felt I should share my positive experience. Here we are in October, and I’m still happy with my purchase.

I like the shoes!... but when I ordered them, they were advertised as having non-slip soles. I work in a restaurant, so I need shoes that will keep me from sliding. Unfortunately, when I used them at work, the non-slip feature didn’t work; I was slipping everywhere.

So, I saw JustSoSo online was having a sale, like buy 3 get 1 free. I thought, why not? I got 2 pairs for each of my kids, one for now and one for later. I made sure to measure their feet exactly, following the directions, and used inches. The sizes for men were fine. My older kid's shoes fit okay. But my younger one's foot was just under 9 inches, which supposedly matched with a woman's size 6 (US 5.5). So, I got the 6 for now and 7 for later. Turns out, the 6 is too small and the 7 never showed up. I've emailed them 3 times. Sent them pics of the new shoes, the box, and the size chart proving 9 inches equals a size 6. But no response from them at all. Won't be suggesting or buying from them again.

JustSoSo online had sale, buy 3 get 1 free. I ordered 2 pairs for my children, one now, one later. I measured both their feet like they said, in inches. Men's sizes were right. Older child's shoes fit. Younger child's foot measured just under 9in long - like a woman's 6 (US 5.5). I ordered 6 for now, 7 for later. 6 too small, 7 never came. Emailed 3 times with pics of shoes, packaging, size chart. No response. Not recommending or buying again.

I ordered from them a week ago and still no tracking information. When I check the order number on their site, it says the order doesn't exist. I've sent three emails and got no reply. I'm really confused. How do I contact anyone? They took my money and now they’ve dissapeared. So upset.

I'd advise against ordering from the Just So So website. You can find these products on other websites where you have the option to exchange or return. Unfortunately, the company has not responded to my emails after three attempts. I'd recommend ordering from Amazon or another platform where you have a better chance of receiving customer service. The shoes I ordered arrived in a lightweight plastic bag, similar to something you'd find at the Dollar Store. There was no box, no wrapping inside, and no additional packaging. I was upfront and honest in my email to them, explaining that I didn't want to claim the shoes were damaged. I simply wanted to exchange them for a larger size and was willing to cover the return shipping costs. However, I received no response. It's disappointing to feel like I've wasted $50.

I placed an order for shoes, and they were delivered quickly. However, despite using their size guide and measurements, the shoes were much shorter in length than expected. I've been attempting to contact their customer service for three weeks now, sending multiple requests for assistance, but I haven't received any response. Unfortunately, there seems to be no alternative method to reach them. Given that it's been more than a week since the delivery, I'm afraid I won't be able to get any help with this issue.

Man, I wish I'd checked here first. Like someone else said, this site warned about folks peddling fake Just So Sos. So I figured I'd play it safe and ordered through them. I don't usually get duped, but I reckon I just did. Got this email saying my stuff arrived via some courier I don't recognize. Spent ages scouring around my place and chatting up the neighbors, but nada. Shot a couple of emails to the company, but no response. Don't throw away your cash here, folks!
