Just wanted to share my experience
Hey there, just wanted to share my experience. Honestly, the constant barrage of text messages, like 8 a day, is really overwhelming. I thought I'd see more improvement by now, but it's just not happening. I'm thinking about canceling my subscription because it just isn't working out for me. I appreciate the effort, but I need to stop getting charged for something that doesn't meet my expectations. Thanks, Brandi Young.

Poor Product Quality, customer service nonexistant.
After taking 60 mg for 5 days I had an severe reaction. Unable to move feeling paralyzed and unable to remove undesolved portion. It took 5 days for anyone to return texts, including a nurse. Having at least 14 60mg torches left I was assured no product would be sent until supplies were low. They shipped and charged me anyways.

This company is a complete and total nuisance
I started the therapy I believe in January was canceled by February by them and now it's the end of May and every month I've been on the phone with my bank trying to dispute the transaction that they keep taking out of my bank account. I strongly recommend that you do not interact with this company nothing but a problem

Horrible customer service
I would have to say that they have the worst customer service. They make it almost impossible to cancel their membership and charge you an extra month prior or after to make the most money off of you. Their business ethics is very questionable and I highly recommend trying another service like mindbloom instead.
