My experience with Jomashop was good. Their website was easy to use, I found what I wanted, paid, tracked my order, and got it. They could improve shipping time though, took 10 days. They should use UPS or Fed Ex, not USPS. Overall, good experience!

Their international delivery is like lightning speed, I swear my package arrived before I even finished ordering it. And let's talk about their prices, totally affordable! Ain't nobody got time for crazy expensive shipping fees.

The product is beautiful, the service is good, but the prices are going up. I appreciate that you're working to keep luxury affordable. I'd give you 5 stars if your prices were a bit more in line with other wholesalers, but aside from that, your company is worth shopping at a few times each year.

ordered some stuff and it wasn't even complete. Like, seriously? And to top it off, I still have a perfume that I freaking paid for and have no clue when the heck it's gonna show up. Not cool, man. Not cool.

I recently purchased a pricey watch from this company, enticed by their description of a steel and 18K gold bracelet. However, upon consulting my watchmaker for resizing, I discovered the links were merely gold capped, not solid 18K gold. Despite their misdescription, Jomashop insisted I bear the return shipping cost. After a prolonged wait, they claimed scratches and imposed a 15% restocking fee, totaling around $700. Feeling deceived, I've initiated a PayPal dispute. Trust has been shattered, and I strongly advise against dealing with them.

Are you kidding me? I placed this order before the end of October with ground shipping, and here we are six days into the new month, and it still hasn't arrived.??? I'll be calling customer service first thing Monday morning. It shouldn't take 10 days for an order to reach my house when shipped via ground; ground should take a maximum of four days.
