I appreciate that the company lets people everywhere sell their stuff. Sadly, I didn't get what I ordered. I'm not sure why, but the seller didn't send the product. Luckily, I got all my money back. Customer service was quick and friendly, and they solved my issue fast.

I don't understand how your company

I don't understand how your company, Inspirelift, could be involved with a company that scams people out of their money. I'm so disappointed I'll never see my $31 and change again. Now you want to walk away and you want me to have my bank disput it and deal with elite electronics who are in China. I'm so sorry I ordered from a company I've never heard of. Since I only got a wrinkled package with 4 looong tapes and I ordered 2, reimberse me $15 for the one I didn't get and we'll stop sending emails because this is ridicules already. You know and I know we'll never hear from them. I will never order from scammers again.

Beware of fraud!!! I opened a shop in January 2024 and sold one item. When it was successfully delivered I tried to transfer money to my bank account but until today (July the 20th) I received nothing! I contacted customer support several times - they apologized for a delay but still I don’t see my money! They are scammers!!!

It turns out, they’re a site for various sellers offering different products. I bought a digital file from one of their vendors. I figured if it didn't work, I'd just lose a bit of cash and learn from it. The file link I received wasn’t working, so I reached out to Inspire Uplift’s support team. They got back to me fast with guidance on contacting the seller, which I did. After a few days of waiting with no reply from the seller, I contacted support again. They quickly asked for a bit more time to sort things out with the seller, and I agreed. Eventually, they also didn’t hear back from the seller, so they promptly refunded my full payment and apologized for the trouble. In summary, they reassured me that they stand by their products and I would not hesitate to shop with them again.

I bought a Kindle book from Inspire Uplift and downloaded it, but it vanished when I tried to read it. I emailed them for help over Labor Day weekend, expecting a response the following Tuesday. To my surprise, they replied before the weekend ended, and I was able to download the book again. I was glad to get such a swift reply and regain access to my book. I've always been satisfied with Inspire Uplift's prices, and now their service has also proven to be very good.

Big thanks to Inspire Uplift for making my order for a small glass teapot go so easily. I first ordered two items by mistake but contacted them quickly and they fixed it without any issues. I ordered right before Christmas so thought there would be a delay, but it arrived pretty fast and well-packed. They did send a bit too many "Your parcel is on its way..." emails, but that’s probably a good thing in the end.

All clear with confirmation. The website is realy good, simple to use and figure out. There’s always someone to help in chat if anything goes off with your order. I also really like the Free shipping deal. Prices are fair and items are uniqe, not just same thing over and over. It's really motivating. Plus, you can follow your order clearly and know where it is at all times. I’ll keep buying from here.

I'm very thankful to you for this. I also live in Turkey. If you sell my own products on your platform, I wonder if you have support for my country?
