The order got lost during production, leading to a lengthy wait of 1.5 months for printing and shipping. The initial customer support response was a bit off, but in the second email after the extended wait, they offered priority printing and a shipping upgrade, which was a positive turn.

We ordered three standard stitched

We ordered three standard stitched playmats, and all three of them are absolutely gorgeous — we're extremely happy with them! :) They might be a bit thinner than our UltraPro mats, but that's not necessarily a bad thing and it shouldn't impact their use. Our order took around two weeks to arrive from the moment we placed it to its arrival in Canada.

Excellent interface for creating custom playmats. Very easy to use. Materials are strong but bendable. The image framing shows perfectly in the preview. The stitching quality is top notch. I’ll surely return for more playmats…perhaps I’ll experiment with a Worldfire design.

I had a little hiccup with

I had a little hiccup with a playmat I ordered, but they sorted it out within the week. The colors are so vibrant, and the image is super sharp. I'll definitely be coming back for more shopping!

I'm impressd by the qualty of their prints and how the mat lies flat without any bumps. Card movement is effortless on it.

I ordered a custom playmat 31 days ago.

I ordered a custom playmat 31 days ago. They mentioned it would take longer than usual, up to 20 business days, which seemed reasonable at the time. It's been much longer than that, and I haven't heard anything from them about when I might get my order. Don't expect good communication or even a basic fulfillment process from this company.

Product is good. Service is terrible

I love their playmates. But. I ordered a playmat about at the end of November. It is still pending. Now it is possible that they are scammed but I am very upset about being ignored. I have reached out to them on the chat on their website, The support email that's listed on their website even Facebook. Just asking if I'm going to get my playmat before Christmas. I have not received a single reply. Their chat just says it's going to take more than 30 minutes because they're busy. After waiting along times you the option to receive an email, I chose the email the first two times and never heard from them. The last time I just stayed in the chat and left my computer on and never got a response and checked in occasionally throughout the day. Finally, I sent an email directly to them and have not received a reply. I sent a message to them via Facebook and have been ignored there as well. If they need more time then I would probably still think of them as five stars since it is that time of year. But the fact that I have been completely ignored and the status on my order just says unfulfilled. My hopes is that this review will somehow make it to somebody who will take it time out of their day to actually follow up. Update. On October 21st I received a reply from the emails in chat conversations I attempted to create. They replied with really vague information, just explaining that they're behind an apolog. Telling me that it's going to take 15 to 20 business days before I receive my playment. Map, I ordered this play mat in November. It is now January. On December 31st the CEO of the company sent out a mass email. It looks like to everyone who has an outstanding order. This has been very frustrating. Not only was I completely ignored at first, but when I finally received a reply I never actually got a an answer and instead received cookie cutter responses and a general email from the CEO. I have changed my rating from two to one star because when I was finally responded to I left not knowing any new information and instead was sent cookie cutter responses and general information. I would actually cancel the order and ask for a refund but this was a gift specially picked for my niece who wanted the artwork. I will be shopping at different locations in the future and not referring people to this. I would have had satisfied even if I had been told five more weeks 10 more weeks, 6 months anything that would give me a accurate idea. But nobody I've talked to has actually taken the time to look up my specific order to find out where it is in line. Just that it takes time normally 15 to 20 business days. It has been much more than that. Update. It is now the end of January. I just received an email today saying that my order has been canceled. Sorry to see me go. Hope they can help me in the future. It was all worded as though I requested them to cancel. Yet nobody's responding when I try to figure out why this was canceled. In the amount of time I waited I could have ordered through another company and I decided to wait and see how long it would take to get it. Looks like I'm now not getting it.

I ordered an xxl mousepad at the start of December

I ordered an xxl mousepad at the start of December, and it's now January 11th. It seems like they are dealing with more orders than they can handle. I’m fine with waiting, so I’ll give them 3-4 more weeks to see if it arrives. Customer service isn't great though. I still believe the item will come, just later than I thought. If I don’t get it, I’ll just ask for a refund and look elsewhere. In the past, they've been decent with orders, so I don't think it’s a regular issue. I wouldn't suggest ordering right now since it might take a while. I’ll update if it arrives soon.

One star. Don't spend your money here. I placed an order at the beginning of December 2024, and it's been 2 months with no updates. The CEO sent a message saying there would be delays, but two months later, still nothing. Did they not plan for the extra orders during the holidays? Customer support is terrible too. There's no phone number to call, and the chatbot never helps.
