Once I reached the customer service representative, she was helpful, understanding, professional, and World Class! I was very impressed with her understanding of the issue and her followup. Firstly, Quality wɨth a capɨtal Q, awesome selectɨon, nicely packaged, customer servɨce when I had a small problem was very helpful. Hɨghly recommend. Secondly, the not so good, DHL, worst shɨppɨng company avalable, these knuckleheads could (and do) lose more products, constantly late, wrong drop off address...

Honey play box was great, I had a problem with an old product, but they fixed it fast and the new product I got was WONDERFUL! Customer service was helpful and BITE ME has got to be one of the best adult products I've tried in a while.

This feels amazing, with lots of room in both length and width areas. Most times I can’t use male toys – I’m a very big man, and they usually don't fit well. This one fits my body like no toy I've tryed before.

I made a mistake with the shipping address when I placed my order, not realizing it used an old address from a previous purchase. Unfortunately, there wasn't an option for me to fix it after I placed the order. I had to reach out to the seller for assistance, and they were able to help me out.

I bought three of your products, but only two came. I got a message saying one was out of stock. I sent you an email, but no reply yet.

For the 5th time now bought something, the first 2 were okay

For the 5th time now bought something, the first 2 were okay, but the 3rd and 4th had really bad Bluetooth connection and just didn’t work right, the connection dropped every time so those were bad buys. Then for the 5th time bought something again without Bluetooth, but the battery was bad, the toy stopped working in about 10 minutes. I contacted honeyplaybox, at first the response was quick and good, I explained the problems I had. I also told them about the 3rd and 4th toy with the bad Bluetooth. They quickly admitted by email they knew about the problem and said they would replace the toy with the bad battery and see what they could do about the Bluetooth ones. I gave all details, what phones we used, answered all their questions. After that, it got quiet and I never heard back. I emailed a few more times but after I gave them the info to fix their products, they just stopped replying. I think it’s a pity because their toys are nice and the emails were fine at first until they needed to fix things, then no answer. It’s sad but that’s how it is. I only give 1 star because out of 5 toys, 2 work okay and 3 are a waste of money. Do not work with him, he will either not pay you, or pay you much less than you agreed on.

Warning: Do not order from this company; it's a scam! They failed to deliver the product, and attempts to contact them were futile. I placed an order on October 23, received a tracking number, but DHL returned the package due to damage. Since then, there has been no change in the status, and despite multiple emails sent on November 1st, 10th, and 14th, there has been zero response from Honey Play Box. It seems like I've lost a significant amount of money, and I am unable to reach them for a reimbursement. Stay away and never order from here!
