Predatory billing, broken systems, and garbage customer service — run the other way
Henry Meds is a textbook example of how not to run a business. I submitted a cancellation through their online form (the exact method they require), well before my next payment was due. Despite this, I was still charged nearly $300. When I reached out, I got nothing but robotic, copy-paste responses from a rep named Aleksander M., who embodies the worst kind of customer service — smug, unhelpful, and completely disconnected from reality.
Aleksander repeatedly ignored the actual issue: I canceled, their system failed, and they still charged me. Instead of fixing it, he just kept parroting “policy,” as if hiding behind fine print somehow justifies taking someone’s money after a valid cancellation. Even when presented with a screenshot showing a clear cancellation date before the charge, they refused to issue a refund.
It’s clear Henry Meds is more interested in squeezing every last dollar out of people than honoring basic fairness or accountability. They’re running a system where, if their back-end fails to log something, they act like it never happened — and then they stick the customer with the bill.
Absolutely shameful.
You can’t trust them to handle your information, your payments, or your time. And if anything goes wrong — even if it’s their fault — they’ll just repeat the word “policy” like it’s some kind of get-out-of-jail-free card.
Aleksander, your “support” has been insulting. You’ve made this entire process harder, more frustrating, and more disrespectful than it ever needed to be.
Do not give this company your money. There are better, more honest services out there. Henry Meds is a scam with a support team to match.
