I did a 14-day challenge and I would say it was worth the £39 that I spent. I really appreciated the overall approach and focus on eating healthy food. The list of ingredients to avoid in store-bought items was also very useful. The shampoo recipe worked well, with a much better pH than other recipes I found online. The problem is that the shelf life of the shampoo is just one week. To learn how to keep it fresh for longer, you have to buy the complete £1k course, which seems a bit odd to me. Sarah mentioned we could modify the recipe to fit our needs, but she didn’t explain how to do that (like which ingredient to change if you have oily hair). I am concerned about the marketing around Sarah’s hair. Her Instagram gives the impression that she has always had perfect hair, even in her older photos. This feels a bit misleading. Additionally, there aren't many examples of women with naturally thin hair who have had significant changes (according to Sarah, it’s not genetic—this is questionable). I can’t, and never could, wear my hair down because it’s too thin. It's clearly genetic, and my goal is to keep it growing, as it tends to fall out before reaching shoulder length. It would be nice to see some real examples.
