There is quite a bit of reading, which can be tiring

There is quite a bit of reading, which can be tiring for someone not into food science. The meal plans aren’t very useful. The recipes are nice, but I would like only 3-ingredient meals, so these don’t fit me. Also, you ask how much time I want to spend on cooking, but don’t follow it in the plan. For example, I chose 10 mins for lunch or dinner, but the plans have meals taking 20-30 mins, so it’s not good for me. It would be helpful to have a list showing what we get from each recipe – like how much polyunsaturated fats, iron, or total calories.

I hope you would be able to see this before even signing up for the trial. I signed for the trial but did not fully attempt the quizzes, reading materials, courses after the 2 days as it was not sustainable. A cancellation was done after the trial ended and I received a charge of USD159. Beware that though you would receive daily reminders to attempt the quizzes, you will not be receiving reminders before they charge. Despite appeals sent and telling them that the app doesnt work and its not suitable for me, the payment team suggested for me to continue to use the app until my subscription ends and if I do not conceive then I could file for a refund. What's the point of continuing the app when it's not suitable and why refund me only later when they could actually execute it now? This is just too draining to handle. Therefore, please proceed with caution and look at all the other 1 star reviews on double billing, not delivering what they promised as well as the substandard services and other billing related feedback.

Don’t try to free trial!

It was a great course but I would not go for the free trial as they force you to subscribe to a meal plan to move forward with the free subscription. When cancelling your free subscription make sure to cancel BOTH subscriptions or you will end up paying with no chance for a refund

Watch out, scam!

Another tricked lady.. I asked Estefany, with whom I communicated, if she could take responsibility for her fraudulent actions. 100s of euros for a meal plan?! I was scammed for 500 euros for a course that I did nothing with. High price paid for my curiosity. This is total fraud while I canceled in time for the rest of the program. I got a nonsense answer back that this is their policy. I answered that I see it as my job to place bad reviews, to warn my sister communities about these scammers so that they in turn can pass this on. I like to do business with honest companies and want this nonsense to stop quickly.

Avoid This Company – Unfair Policies and Terrible Customer Service

I strongly advise against this company. Their sign-up process is misleading, and their customer service is completely unresponsive when it comes to resolving legitimate issues. I unknowingly ended up with two separate subscriptions because their emails failed to clearly indicate that multiple sign-ups had occurred. Despite reaching out multiple times to explain the situation, they refused to issue a refund, hiding behind rigid policies instead of addressing the lack of transparency in their communication. A reputable company values customer trust and goodwill, but this one seems more interested in holding onto unfairly charged fees than in doing the right thing. If you ever run into a problem, don’t expect any support or accountability from them. Save yourself the frustration and dont ever subscribe to that awful service!

Warning!!!!!!!! the customer service is very poor. I canceled my trial subscription on time, but they still charged me. When I reached out for a refund, they never responded. It's frustrating to deal with a company that doesn’t communicate properly. Be cautious if you're considering a subscription.

Scam! Stay away!

I unsubscribed from the plan on the day I signed up for it. Was still charged $149.00 and told that it would not be refunded. This is a scam website, will be lodging a formal complaint and get my money back.

Disappointing and deceptive

I had a very disappointing experience with the Gyna due to its deceptive billing practices and poor customer service. After canceling my membership, I was shocked to discover that I was still being charged for a “meal plan subscription” that I never knowingly signed up for. They billed me for three months in advance, claiming it was non-refundable, despite my attempts to clarify and resolve the issue. The customer service was unhelpful and dismissive, showing little concern for my situation or offering any resolution. There was no clear communication during the cancellation process, and it felt like a deliberate attempt to lock customers into unwanted charges. I strongly advise being extra cautious when canceling any subscriptions with Gyna. My experience has left me frustrated and feeling misled. Not recommended.
