Deceptive charging and refused refund

They signed me up for a secondary subscription without proper notification. To cancel the secondary subscription, you have to go to a different page then canceling the primary subscription. I messaged them one day after being charged and they refused to refund. Of course they charge for 4 months at once which is $86. Pretty ridiculous.

When you request support in the app by choosing an option "refunds" nobody ever is contacting you back, eventhough you get a notification smb will contact you in 5 business days. no reply after seceral requests. Totally deceptive!

Booked a virtual consult, completed intake forms, and got reminders before the visit. The clinician reviewed options respectfully and explained when in-person care would be appropriate. Portal messages were secure and prompt. Billing was transparent, with a clear receipt afterward. Felt listened to and well guided.

Scam

Sign up for app. Subscription comes in two parts the basic than the premium. They stay two separate packages when you cancel. The other package continues caught for the price which is excess of a 60. There’s no customer service when you get an email it just reject your refund. It’s just a glorified food app you will get ripped off.

Exactly the same as many other reviewers sadly. Signed up for trial. Cancelled same day but they still took 2 subscription fees of $150 each from my account. They claim I signed up for a meal plan. This was a hidden charge and entirely set up to deceive the customer. Will be reporting to the financial ombudsman and seeking full refund. Do not use this company.

Shady business - be aware of the charges

The business is shady AF! Thied their "free" trial took the course and looked at the meal plan. What I did not notice is that looking at the meal plan activated another subscription period that was separate from the fertility course. I cancelled the initial plan a day before the trial ended and then discovered few days later that they took 105 USD (6 months subscription) from my account for the meal plan - which apparently needed to be cancelled separately. Wrote to the customer support as I did not need the meal plan but they refused to refund. Very disappointed! Be aware!

This company has AI responses and you are unable to cancel your account or get refunded. I am making the public aware of this fraudulent company . Buyer Beware. Do not even look into the free trial you will be charged.

Bad product, scammy, poor customer service

Expensive, information is basic and factoid. It would not save all courses and I had to do them again. It did not save my quizzes it had to leave and go back in and they it would not be complete. It auto renews without warning even if you think you have cancelled. It creates a trap and somehow you end up subscribing for two things but you cannot see this on your account profile. When you ask about it this no one explains it. They keep relying on their canned response for refunds. I became unsatisfied when some of the information seemed sketchy and thought I unsubscribed. I ended up spending over €600 without knowing it. I only noticed it when my bank tried to block their transactions and I looked into It. I tried to request a refund and they will Not give it to me. Even thought I only asked for recent one I didn’t ask about the previous €400. They are preying on venerable Women. The respond to trust pilot reviews saying they want to make it right but why not make it right for me when I bring it your attention privately.

Abysmal Support for Future Mothers

I tried the free week and was unable to find the "cancel" button in the desktop navigation on my final day. I canceled as soon as I could find the button to do so, which was mere hours after the free trial deadline. I requested a refund as this was a clear accident, and they sent a lengthy email about how they legally can choose to deny me and steal >$200 from me. It was NOT clear that the trial would roll into that high of an expense. For a company that prides itself on not adding stress to the lives of those trying to create a human life I am appalled that there is no way to refund a clear accident. This is abysmal support and severely disappointing as an experience.

I signed up for the trial JUST for Gyna program NOT meal plan. Tried cancelling it didn't go through and I was charged $240 for 2 subscriptions, including a meal plan I never asked for. They take advantage of people struggling with infertility. No compassion or help.

Uodated: They made it right. Though their product was not for me it was still a very good well made service that I think will work for others. I signed up for a free trial and then signed up for an additional add on to the free trial. I decided the product was over priced and not for me. I cancelled my trial well within the time frame but saw I was charged anyways on the 20th. When I contacted the merchant on the 22nd to request a refund they told me my cancelation request was only good for the first part of the free trial and not the additional add on free trial and refuse to refund me. The issue I have is there was only one subscription cancelation option on the site which I used. There was no other option and no other mention of requiring a second cancelation in order to fully cancel the free trial. It's very misleading.

I signed for a trial and forgot to cancel, turns out they also signed me up for a meal plan I never agreed to and do not even see on my account page yet they are charging me $150 every 5 months. I disputed it and they said sorry look at our refund policy even though there is no record of this meal plan on my account page or any order confirmation. Do not sign up - no phone number to call and pretty sure I am getting AI responses. Reporting to BBB and my credit card.

Support staff were realy nice. The plan we got, in our case, was stuff we probly could have just looked up online, so the cost didn’t feel fair. Some recipes were pretty decent, just wish more of them had meat in them. For how it worked for us, we’d give the program a 3/5, and just 1/5 when it comes to how they handle refunds. But the help we got with getting our refund was great — Estefany was patient and easy to talk to.

They lure you in with a free trial. I canceled the free trial within 5 days. Apparently they without consent also signed me up for a meal plan ( without my awareness) that requires a separate cancellation. I don’t think it was even available to cancel when I signed on to cancel. Only after seeing the surprise charge on the credit card did they respond by saying that I have a meal Plan for 99 dollars that I was unaware of. There is no way to talk to a human. STAY AWaY. They are about product placement and scamming you out of your hard earned money.
